The first thing I do in pet care is discuss the owners wants/requests. If I am not able to do this in person, then via phone and a details list of instructions. My goal as a pet sitter and a pet owner is to give the best care and the care requested exactly how the owners expects it .

If your pet has an aversion to water, hats, cats, small dogs, etc. Any small detail to help me give the best care is so important. If you pet needs privacy to eat or only eats when you are near, I would benefit from that detail.

There are so many dog park options in the Treasure Valley. I would find the right match for that dog, whether it's water, running, chasing a ball or a slow stroll in the shade.

I have always loved animals of any kind. I have always had pets! I moved to a small community 20 years ago and realized that there was a need for pet sitting. It was just for friends and family , but I enjoyed it very much! Now, I am older and have more freedom to work a flexible schedule doing what I love. We moved to Nampa in July and love it here and I look forward to enjoying this next chapter of life doing what I love most!

Margie is a fantastic dog/house sitter. Our dog takes a while to warm up to new people, Margie's patience won her over within a few days. We typically put our dog in our room when we are not home because of her history of jumping the fence when she was younger. We no longer need to do this since Margie proved that she is fine with full access to the house and yard when no one is home. We have a much happier dog and no longer need to worry about her being left alone.
Where do I start? There are so many good things to say about Margie. This was our first time having a “stranger” watch our dogs & house sit. We were a little skeptical at first but after meeting Margie & seeing how she interacted with our dogs it was as if we were leaving them (& our house) in the capable hands of a family friend. She is kind & relaxed & really seems to enjoy spending time with our fur babies. She kept in regular contact with us & sent us several photos of the dogs during the day. Each morning she’d send an update with how the evening went & her plans for the day. She definitely spoiled our pups 😊. When we returned our home looked better than when we left. She even washed her sheets & towels & made up her bed! That’s even more than our family members did 🤣. We will definitely use her again the next time we plan a trip!
We have rebooked Margie several times and she is unmatched in her dependability, communication, and care for our dog.
Margie took care of our dogs for eight days while we went on a Mexican Cruise. While we missed our dogs and it was hard to be away. We did not feel the need to contact Margie every day because we knew our little girls were well taken care of and loved. We have never met a person more capable, loving, organized and willing to put 100% into the care of animals. We only interviewed Margie, because within a half hour of meeting her for the first time the pups and ourselves were already sold on her as a person and the only one who could provide the level of care we expected for our babies. If you ever need a pet sitter you should contact Margie, you won’t find anyone better or more committed. Thank you Margie from the bottom of our hearts for everything you put into our girls while we were away.
