“This was our first time needing a sitter for our 2 pups and our very 1st time using Rover. Because our 9mo old puppies are VERY BIG (Great Dane / English Mastiff) and super high energy, we originally were planning on booking them separately so they wouldn't be so hard to manage to someone who has never been around them. Jacob had mentioned he has experience with high energy dogs and having the 2 would not be a problem. We did a meet and greet and my puppies, as BIG as they are with all the high puppy energy, once again assured me he is comfortable watching the two of them if we wanted to keep them together. Jacob was very accommodating through the entire process of us booking. We had to make a change from boarding to housesitting right before our trip. He was 100% willing to make whatever changes we asked and made the process so easy. We were so appreciative of all the updates and pictures throughout the weekend. My husband and I were able to enjoy our sons wedding and had no worries about our puppies. Upon arriving home it felt so good to walk in and the house be as clean as we left it. Geo is an absolute rock star! I was nervous to leave my 2 kitties for a recent trip to Oregon but Geovani turned out to be a real cat whisperer! My 12 yr old tortie is a real scaredy cat but in a matter of hours she came out of hiding and hung out with him in the living room. He played with the 2 year old male and managed to keep the peace between the 2 cats! He medicated and fed them as directed and thoroughly and regularly cleaned the litter boxes. He even watered the flowers on my balcony for me. My apartment was immaculate when I returned and the cats acted as though I had never left. Emily did a great job for us. She came through for us at the last minute when our previously booked sitter cancelled on us. Our need was for 16 days to stay at our home with our two dogs and one of them being completely blind that requires eye drops every 8 hours.
