We ended up having to ask her to do a favor for us while she was housesitting and she didn't hesitate to take care of what we needed her to do. No questions asked. Our rott also had a big accident in his crate overnight and she immediately called me in the morning and let me know what happened. She cleaned up the crate and washed it down, washed the dog and cleaned the spots on the carpet and vacuumed. Our house was picked up and you couldn't even tell that there had been an accident. “Nina stayed at our house with Simba for about three weeks. She did a great job taking care of him and our house. Simba got a nice walk every day, and we received lots of pictures and updates on a daily basis. This definitely reassured us, being a long ways from home during this time. He seemed very happy and content during his stay with Nina. She also watered the inside and outside plants, took care of the mail, and left the house thoroughly clean, even washing the bedsheets. “This was our first time needing a sitter for our 2 pups and our very 1st time using Rover. Because our 9mo old puppies are VERY BIG (Great Dane / English Mastiff) and super high energy, we originally were planning on booking them separately so they wouldn't be so hard to manage to someone who has never been around them. Jacob had mentioned he has experience with high energy dogs and having the 2 would not be a problem. We did a meet and greet and my puppies, as BIG as they are with all the high puppy energy, once again assured me he is comfortable watching the two of them if we wanted to keep them together. Jacob was very accommodating through the entire process of us booking. We had to make a change from boarding to housesitting right before our trip. He was 100% willing to make whatever changes we asked and made the process so easy. We were so appreciative of all the updates and pictures throughout the weekend. My husband and I were able to enjoy our sons wedding and had no worries about our puppies. Upon arriving home it felt so good to walk in and the house be as clean as we left it. Everything with Ireland went so smoothly I can hardly believe I stressed about leaving in the first place! My active German Shorthaired Pointer settled right in with her (he’s a Velcro dog) and got lots of walks and exercise. I appreciated all of the mini updates and especially the frequent pictures. She took great care of my home so it was easy to relax and enjoy vacation. Stark was excited to see me when I returned, but sad to see Ireland go. He will see her again because I will definitely book her again!
