About: In our previous home in Missouri my husband and I frequently pet sat for friends, family, and neighbors. We moved to Washington January of 2025 and have missed the furry friends we cared for there. I have experience with large and small dogs including some elderly and some very high energy. I work virtually and can be available most week days for daytime pet sitting in homes that have consistent internet access or drop ins a few times a day. About: I love dogs and am looking to spend my free time playing with wonderful pups. Dogs are the joy of my life:). I believe that pups can teach me a lot about the simple pleasures in life. I am always spoiling pups that I meet with love and attentions that fulfills me and is appreciated by the pups themselves. I enjoy taking time out of my day to make pups feel loved, well-cared-for, and happy. I share a Shiba Inu with my friend Honza who I love more than anything. He has taught me how to be patient and kind when teaching dogs to interact positively with their surroundings. As a large, energetic breed, German Shepherds can be a handful, but Rachel handles her with such confidence, care, and expertise. Bella always comes home happy, tired from plenty of play and walks, and clearly well-loved. Rachel is incredibly responsive—messages are answered quickly, and she keeps us updated every step of the way. The daily photo and video updates are a game-changer, showing Bella playing in the yard, cuddling, or just relaxing like she’s at home. She follows all our instructions perfectly (including feeding and exercise routines) and is super flexible; when our flights have been delayed or even canceled, she’s happily accommodated the changes without hesitation. We feel so lucky to have found someone we trust completely. We’ve already booked our next few trips with Rachel because we honestly can’t imagine anyone else taking care of Bella.
