She meticulously created a safe, pack-like environment where the dogs felt at home, and the areas were exceptionally clean. Even more impressive were her plans to enhance her already wonderful outdoor space. As a side note, April is a certified dog trainer. Shortly after dropping off my dog and running errands in town, I noticed her diligently and patiently leash-training my dog during a walk, as my GPS took me back past her location. April never mentioned this task on Rover or in person; she simply did it on her own time, free of charge, without boasting. Her quiet integrity and humility are extraordinarily impressive. This was a great first experience on Rover! We took a two week trip to Japan, Vietnam, and Taiwan and Allison and Carson were fantastic. They sent pictures and updates and overall they just inspired a lot of confidence that our dog was in great hands. Samantha was awesome. She boarded my dog for 7 days. My sweet very active boy is only six months old and when I asked her to babysit him, he was wearing a cone because he had just got neutered. She didn’t hesitate to take him on and did try to speak to him in German, because that’s the language he’s been trained in. She is a good communicator and did send pictures. I will ask her to sit again. It was very sweet when we left her little girl told my dog that she loved him.
