“My dogs mean everything to me and it can be difficult to find a dog sitter who understands the assignment. Allison understood the assignment. My girls are 10 years apart in age are different in temperament and personality. To me, it doesn’t take a lot to care for them but I never know if that is different in the eyes of the sitter. Allison welcomed them both into her home and cared for them just as I would. She provided updates and photos throughout the stay. She was also flexible in drop off time as I had a brain fart when initially booking the stay. I will definitely choose Allison again for future stays!”

“Bethany was wonderful. She took care of my senior dog, attended ti his needs and walked him often. She sent pictures and messages daily. Highly recommend booking with her”

“Alexa took very good care of our dear pet Trigg! For more than a month long! We were sent pictures and videos frequently and Alexa was always super responsive whenever reached out to. I strongly recommend her for sitting/boarding!”

“Emily took expert care of our two dogs and were able to accommodate last minute for us due to a family emergency. Emily was super communicative and sent lots of update photos frequently. We were never worried about our dogs being in her care and her pup Olive was a great companion that made sure our dogs had a fun playmate to tire them out! I couldn’t have been happier with Emily and Kenneth boarding our dogs, 100% would recommend to a friend.”

“April is absolute magic! She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and has created such a wonderful space for the dogs. We left our two dogs with her for four days and felt completely at ease the entire time. She kept us updated, shared helpful insights on how we can continue improving our dogs’ behavior, and took exceptional care of our fur babies. We are so grateful for her and will absolutely be using her again and again!”

“Sheri was great. She made sure to send us pictures daily while also making sure our dog got a ton of exercise and attention. Our chocolate lab Daisy and her chocolate lab Sam got along great. She also made sure to clean our dog's ears every day for us since she was having issues with a yeast infection from playing in the ocean. I would recommend her for everybody. ”

“Kim and her husband were amazing! They are such sweet and kind people who took such great care of my pup I was able to do a meet and greet and she stayed in constant communication along with sending pics. Unfortunately I'm moving out of the state but if I ever come back to visit, Kim will be my first choice every time.”

“Sullivan loved Morgan - his first time being cared for by a Rover pet sitter! He is an older, sensitive Scotty and I fully expected to have to pick him up early due to anxiety. But he stayed the full time and was so chill when I arrived to pick him up. So happy he did well and so appreciated her texts and photos to ease my mind and know he was being his enjoyable self. I will definitely be booking Morgan again as soon as I have my vacation dates nailed down!”

“Teri was awesome with Louie. Attentive and caring for our lil guy, his quirks and routines. She sent us daily photos and updates which our son loved (and asked for). She absolutely helped ease our minds leaving our pet with someone else and wouldn't hesitate using her services in the future.”

“We had a fantastic experience with Vaishali and Vaibhav watching our dog, Charlie. They were professional, caring, and attentive. Charlie was clearly very comfortable and happy—he got his walks, meals, and lots of love, just like at home. We especially appreciated the regular photo and message updates that kept us reassured while we were away. It’s not easy leaving your pet behind, but Vaishali and Vaibhav made it stress-free for us and for Charlie. We will definitely be booking with them again the next time we travel.”

“So great. I hadn't had to leave my 5-month old pup with anyone before, and I had to leave for a work-week. I was nervous at the idea, but Marshel R. Was so awesome, from drop-off, to pick up. The pictures she sent of Scoob so happy at her house are some of my favorite photos. Thanks, Marshel! -Chris B”

“Kathy is amazing!!! My boys absolutely LOVED their time with Kathy and her lovely family. It was evident how much they genuinely cared for them and each other with how welcoming they were during the first meet. Their uniquely shaped house is also awesome!! Very clean, warm, welcoming and beautifully decorated. Plenty of places for my boys to play around and snuggle to. Yard was clean, well kept, and the boys loved playing in her backyard! Kathy was also so great at sending updates, sending both pictures and video clips. We feel so fortunate to have found them, it can be so hard to find the right person/family that you feel you can trust with your pups right off the bat. Forever grateful for the awesome stay and will 200% have them stay with her again!!!!”

“Nova had so much fun staying with Brittani and her family! She kept me updated on how Nova was settling in and sent tons of photos to give me peace of mind that Nova was having fun! She took great care of Nova, and we will definitely book with her again if we need overnight care!”

“Our 11 mo old mini labradoodle spent a week with Britt and he had the time of his life! Britt sent us daily updates and lots of pictures. Our dog received amazing care and lots of love during his stay. I’d recommend Britt to anyone looking for a safe, caring, fun home away from home for their dog. We’ll definitely be back!”

“The girls had a great time with Elana! We got periodic photo updates during their stay which was a sweet touch. They also came back ready for a nap so I'm sure they got some good walks.”

“Kyla and Nick were awesome. My Griffin is a 1 year old, high energy puppy with a mischievous streak. They were wonderful with Griffin checked in and sent pictures a couple of times a day. I would absolutely book with them again.”

“Elizabeth took great care of my cat Bella! She was prompt to answer messages and communicated well during her visits. She included info about what her and Bella did during visits, how much Bella drank/ate/used her litter box, and kept Bella’s litter tidy. She followed all instructions perfectly and gave my sweet old cat lots of love. I would definitely book with her again.”

“Toni was awesome and very responsive. She swooped in and saved the day for us when we needed last minute care for our two young dogs. Will absolutely use Toni again if we need care.”

“Once again, Naomi delivered a perfect, worry free pet sitting. Always sends great pics of our kitty's and gives them plenty of love. Can't recomend her enough, I've lost count of how many times I've had her watch our cats and have always known they're in good hands with her. Would give 6 stars if I could.”

“Used Millie for our first long trip since moving and she never disappoints. Excellent communication. I can tell my cats were well taken care of when we come home! So nice to have found someone I trust wholeheartedly with my cats!”

“We arranged for twice a day, one-hour visits. Rachael was amazing! We have 2 big purebred Maine Coon brothers and a a tiny female domestic shorthair from the shelter. She was terrific, and even had to give the female a pill every morning. When we got home the house was still tidy, the kitty boxes were clean, and all 3 of our fur babies were relaxed and happy like they had just spent time with a beloved human relative. I would highly recommend her for all your pet sitting needs.”

About: My whole life surrounds around animals. I’ve had three dogs and two cats growing up. I love to train and get to know puppies! Thank you! I’m on summer break from Penn State University, so my schedule is completely open! I can be anywhere you need as often as you would like! I will make sure to keep along with your pets schedules! About: I grew up on a farm with 2 labs and have always had a special love for the canine friends. Since I’ve moved to the city I’ve missed my dogs and taking them on walks so I thought I’d sign up for this and meet some dog friends that need some company, I love all types of breeds and sizes. High energy dogs are not a problem for me at all, as I love going on runs with dogs and also playing at the park. I work a couple blocks away from where I live so it wouldn’t be a problem for me to watch your dogs while at work, since I could pop in to check on them and feed/let them use the bathroom. Thank you for looking, -Jacob I work flexible hours so I can work around any pet schedules I’m usually home till 12, and come back for lunch around 3 and then get off work usually 6-8pm but I set my own hours so it’s flexible for your dogs needs (: I have a house within walking distance to the park, I can take your dog on 2-3 walks per day and can also crate the dog if needed. I work close to home so I will always be 10-15 mins away and can pop in and check on the animals I set up to 3 times in a single workday before arriving home for the night. I have a little backyard area that is fenced off and also a park 4 blocks south of me, inside my apartment is all dog friendly and they are allowed on the furniture/beds

About: My husband and I have always loved dogs! Both of us grew up with many furry animals, which included 2 black labs, a pit bull, multiple small cats, a boxer, and a dachshund! Through our childhood and now adulthood we have learned to care for and love our animals as part of our family. Our 6 year-old black lab is incredibly sweet, but does still act like he’s 2 haha. I work from home with my daughter, so your dog must be okay with small children/toddler. We recently moved to Marysville where we have a medium/largish sized fenced-in backyard, so the dogs can get lots of run and play time! I work from home only 2 hours a day so the rest of the day is filled with toddler and dog fun! My daughter naps in the afternoon, which is when get some work done and my dog has down time. Then once she’s up we’re up and moving around again! We have a fully fenced yard with absolutely no cracks. We make sure of that for our own dog, so that is priority for us with every dog. We also have space if your dog needs a crate.
About: We absolutely love hosting dogs! Because we both work from home, your pup will get constant companionship, frequent potty breaks, and plenty of daily walks. We have a spacious, fully fenced yard, perfect for burning off energy and getting the zoomies out! Plus, if your pup ever feels a bit nervous in a new environment, we like to make them feel right at home with a soothing treat like fresh scrambled eggs. Safety & Family Dynamics: We have a gentle 3 year old daughter who adores dogs. We actively teach her how to respect a dog's space, read their body language, pet gently, and stop immediately if a dog moves away. Either my husband or I is always within arm's reach whenever dogs are around, ensuring a safe, calm, and happy environment for everyone. Experience & Activities: We’re comfortable with dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities! Our experience ranges from hosting shy, play-motivated pups (like Border Collies) to raising our own German Shepherd/Lab/Rottweiler mix. When we don’t have a Rover guest, we foster dogs through a local organization. Whether your dog loves neighborhood walks, backyard adventures, or just lounging by our desks while we work, they’ll be treated like family here. We both work from home so are home most of the day. We love walks around our neighborhood and have a large yard to get energy out. We have pick-up/drop-off listed as well for an additional charge. Lots of snuggles, walks and treats! Please feel free to bring their bed, stuffed animal, and favorite toys to make them comfortable. We will try to walk them (1.5-2mi/day) unless otherwise requested.
“Our dog was happy when we dropped her off, showing that she had good memories from her past stay. She was relaxed, tired but happy when we picked her up, so had plenty of play time outside. She has separation anxiety and some insecurities, so it was great to see how comfortable she is there. Very happy with the daycare.”

“Crystal provides a safe and happy place for my dogs. Obi and Haiku return tired and contented. They've had a fun day or afternoon playing with Crystal's dogs. Definitely recommend.”

“Having Jiahna care for Gideon has been a real pleasure. She was very helpful and flexible as we did a meet and greet and evaluated if Gideon would be a good fit. She took time to ask really good questions about Gideon and learn all she could so it's the better care for Gideon. From the get-go, Gideon loved being at her house and sharing time with her puppy. It was a good fit. I always knew that Jiahna had Gideon's best in mind, and I always got good reports at the end of the day. So very glad that I got to meet and have Gideon stay with Jiahna. I highly recommend her as a safe and professional Rover person for your canine needs. Gideon will miss her for sure and I have really appreciated the care and great connection that she showed in caring for Gideon. 💜🐕”

“Our Golden, Ollie loves staying with Nicole and all her pups. Tail wagging everytime we show up. We love getting the pictures of him playing and in fun holiday costumes and he always comes home happy, tired, and clean!”

“Our pup Artie had a great time here while I was at work for a couple days. Vaishali sent me pictures of Artie throughout the day which I really appreciated. I can tell Vaishali and her family were very attentive and clearly cared about making Artie feel safe and comfortable. Thank you for the great experience!”

“Marshel was amazing! Took incredible care of our pup. Would highly recommend. She was able to be flexible and work with our ever changing schedule. Couldn’t ask for anybody better!”
“DeeAnna was wonderful with our Teddy Boi. She was mindful of his hip dysplasia, ensuring Teddy could safely walk up and down the stairs in their backyard. She supervised play with her adorable pup, took Teddy for a walk, and even introduced a challenging new puzzle that kept him busy and engaged. Teddy came home happy and exhausted. Bonus for sharing pics while we were away. Highly recommend her services. We will definitely be using DeeAnna in the future.”

“Goose had a GREAT time with Elena and Klemheist. He came home a happy and sleepy puppy. Elena helped me out last minute after my previous sitter had to cancel and I could not be more thankful. I’ll definitely be using Elena next time I need doggy daycare or boarding for Goose.”

About: In our previous home in Missouri my husband and I frequently pet sat for friends, family, and neighbors. We moved to Washington January of 2025 and have missed the furry friends we cared for there. I have experience with large and small dogs including some elderly and some very high energy. I’ve also looked after cats, individuals and larger groups including groups with various feeding needs. I work virtually and can be available most week days for daytime pet sitting in homes that have consistent internet access or drop ins a few times a day. On weekends my availability varies but I can typically plan for drop in and overnight care with at least 1 week notice. I am married and may request my spouse be allowed to stay with me or drop by in longer term sitting situations. Whether it’s a walk or a week together I’ll try to treat your pet with the same care and attention you would. Allowing you to feel comfortable while you are away. As a pet sitter I try not to disrupt your furry family member’s typical schedule as much as possible. Pet care is very individual so I try to conform to what that pet is familiar with to minimize anxiety for them, while making sure their basic needs are met.
“We could not be more thrilled to have found such a compassionate, patient, caring, and wonderful caregiver in Logan and her girls. We were so nervous about finding someone willing to care for our new shelter pup as we transition back to work - Logan welcomed Bentley with open arms, provided such a calm space for him to explore, and helped him make new friends. Logan, Sage, and Olivia are absolute stars and took the best care of our Bentley. We owe the world to them, their kindness, and their stellar services ♥️🐾🌈”

“I want to thank Jordan for looking after my two dogs. She was so sweet and helpful. I loved that she was constantly updating about the dogs, and sending pictures and she took the time to play with them, fed them and took them for a walk. She was very patient with the dogs. Sanji and Robin are very playful since they’re about a year old. Honestly, after an unexpected long day at work it was great to know my dogs were im good hands. Thank you for asking about taking your shoes off inside the apartment it was very thoughtful and thank you for following all the instructions for the dogs”

“Naomi is the only person we’ve used with rover and we can’t imagine anyone else could be better! Our puppy loves Naomi! She is communicative, punctual, and trustworthy. I’d give her ten stars if I could!”

About: I've been dogsitting for the last several years and love it and our furry friends become part of our family while they're here. Since I work from home, your pup won't be alone for long (if at all), gets to play in a fully fenced backyard, enjoy long walks and lots of cuddles! Side note - I usually like two days notice for boarding but don't hesitate to reach out to ask about urgent or last minute availability! I work from home in my home office and while working, any furry guests get to hang out in my cozy space or anywhere they're comfortable in my home. We usually take one to two walks a day and have many potty & playtime breaks. Important note - while I am home most of the time, I do have to run out for meetings/appointments, errands, dinners, etc. so dogs need to be able to be left alone either roaming in a confined space or in a crate. Also, if I have a day marked as unavailable during a time you're looking to find a sitter for, message me anyway as I might just be out of my house for an event but if your dog does well alone, it could work! I have a fully fenced backyard which pets are able to roam in. They won't stay out longer than necessary for potty breaks if raining, or longer in nice weather if they want. I have a 12yr old daughter who has grown up with dogs and is super helpful with them and loves to cuddle. Our guests can get cozy on the couch which is where they can sleep, in a large crate we have or anywhere in our living, kitchen and dining room. I'm used to and am comfortable with different diets and administering medications (including injections).
“Elizabeth was great! She was so kind, friendly, caring, and great with my dog! She was great at communicating and always responded promptly! She took great care of my dog!”

I have made the difficult decision to leave the nursing profession after 20 years to do something that brings me joy. I will respect your home and the pet’s environment as if it were my own. I am comfortable being in any type of environment and will follow whatever schedule and routine you need me to in order to care for your baby the best way possible.

I have a relatively flexible schedule most of the week, accepting early mornings before 8 am and Wednesdays until after 4pm. I am not able to board animals but I can house sit or swing by and check in routinely depending on need and preference. Depending on the needs of the client, I am able to walk, feed, play with, and even bathe animals provided they have the necessary equipment for use. About: Im a mom of 1 human child, and 1 fur child. I work varying hours and have day time to spend with your 4 legged friends. My son is 19 and loves animals as well, I have an adopted son who is 18. We have a fully fenced yard, and parks within walking distance...ive owned many different animals throughout my life, and I just love spending my time with them. My dogs get treats before i leave the home, and sleep in our bed. They are welcome on our furniture. We treat our animals like family. Me and my two young adult children work varying schedules. There is almost always someone home, or an hour max between when one of us leaves for work and another gets home from work. I work nights as a bartender and they work normal working hours. I have a fully fenced yard however I still go outside with our rover dogs for potty time. Our couch and beds are dog friendly.

“We are so happy to have found Linda! This was our first time leaving Bella with someone outside of our family and Linda instantly put our minds at ease. From her thoughtful questions at our meet & greet to the daily updates we received while we were away, I knew Bella was being cared for by someone who is not only knowledgeable but also has a big heart for animals just as we do! We came back to a very happy and relaxed pup and will definitely be contacting Linda for our next trip 😊”

“We could not have asked for a better experience with leaving our 2 dogs with a new person, in a new environment, for the very first time! Our dogs instantly took to Jacob and I was very comfortable leaving them with him. Jacob was awesome with communication and always quick with responding. We are impressed!”

“Jiahna was an absolutely wonderful sitter for Cosmo! She was caring, loving, and treated him like her own pup. I really appreciated the regular updates and photos—such peace of mind while I was away. Her dog was super friendly too, and it looked like they had a blast together! For Cosmo, it truly felt like a home away from home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Jiahna!”

“Hayley was such a life saver. She took the best care of my 2 pups when we had to fly out and kept us updated :). She was also so flexible with the timing :) definitely recommend!”

“Louie's stay was great- he came home very tired! I was updated with photos of him playing fetch and tug of war and snuggling on the couch. So glad he got to stay in a home environment rather than traditional kennel boarding.”

“I couldn’t believe how well my shy, anxious dog did with Mary! I was so worried to leave him for a whole week, especially with him being such a new rescue. He did amazing, and Mary sent lots of photos and videos to prove it 😁 she will definitely be a long term sitter for my pup!”
