About: I have so much love for animals of all kinds. I started at a young age house sitting and dog sitting for friends and family, and then I moved up to working at a boarding kennel and doggy daycare. I also trained briefly as a veterinary assistant. I have learned a lot about proper dog care for dogs of all ages, sizes, and needs, and I will gladly snuggle and play with your pup! You can rest easy knowing that your dog is receiving the best possible care and the most possible love. I am also skilled in administering medications when necessary and following strict dietary needs. I strive to give each dog the best possible stay, and ensure their well-being. I am home full time and have no problem being flexible and accommodating. Your pets care comes first, and fits perfectly into my routine as I am a very experienced animal caregiver. I have a large fenced back yard for your dog to run around and for potty breaks. My house (and furniture) is very dog friendly!!

“Having Jiahna care for Gideon has been a real pleasure. She was very helpful and flexible as we did a meet and greet and evaluated if Gideon would be a good fit. She took time to ask really good questions about Gideon and learn all she could so it's the better care for Gideon. From the get-go, Gideon loved being at her house and sharing time with her puppy. It was a good fit. I always knew that Jiahna had Gideon's best in mind, and I always got good reports at the end of the day. So very glad that I got to meet and have Gideon stay with Jiahna. I highly recommend her as a safe and professional Rover person for your canine needs. About: My husband and I have always loved dogs! Both of us grew up with many furry animals, which included 2 black labs, a pit bull, multiple small cats, a boxer, and a dachshund! Through our childhood and now adulthood we have learned to care for and love our animals as part of our family. Our 6 year-old black lab is incredibly sweet, but does still act like he’s 2 haha. I work from home with my daughter, so your dog must be okay with small children/toddler. We recently moved to Marysville where we have a medium/largish sized fenced-in backyard, so the dogs can get lots of run and play time! I work from home only 2 hours a day so the rest of the day is filled with toddler and dog fun! My daughter naps in the afternoon, which is when get some work done and my dog has down time. Then once she’s up we’re up and moving around again! We have a fully fenced yard with absolutely no cracks. We make sure of that for our own dog, so that is priority for us with every dog. We also have space if your dog needs a crate.

I primarily offer drop-in visits and house sitting so pets can stay comfortable in their familiar environment and maintain their normal routines. There isn't a day, where I won't stop and just chit chat with a pup, that merely walks by me! “Happy with the doggy daycare with Monica! I appreciated that she sent me updates and photos. My dog is a nervous, scared rescue teen puppy. We weren’t sure if it would workout because my dog nips a bit at times and barks a lot at new people. He did bark at Monica at first but then it went well - her house seems organized, relaxing and great set up for a visiting dog! Monica is clearly good with dogs and reads them well.
