About: Hi! I’m Ezra 😊 I’ve spent my life around animals, growing up with big dogs and cats and now working at an animal sanctuary for cats, dogs, and farm animals. I’m very comfortable with administering medications, high energy dogs, and senior and puppy care. Because of my background in animal welfare, I have a special patience for nervous dogs who might be wary of men, and pets/breeds who might be labelled “difficult”. I know how to give them the space they need to feel secure and build the trust needed to keep them happy while you’re away. I adore animals of all kinds and can’t wait to get to know your furry (and feathered) family members! 🐾🩷 I work from home most days, and am lucky to have a 4-day work week. All that means I spend a lot of time with my pets! I’m an early riser, so in the mornings me and my dog will often be on local trails, off leash parks, at Double Bluff, or wandering our sleepy Clinton neighborhood. We love to play in my fully fenced yard regularly throughout the day. Fridays and my weekends are all about enjoying the beautiful PNW with my pup and I’d love to bring your pets along for the ride! In my home, pets are welcome on the furniture and treated like members of the family. Paws are wiped off when we come back inside, and everyone has free roam of the house. When necessary we have gates to seperate upstairs and downstairs areas, so if your pet needs some private time on their own couch, it’s available to them! At your house, I treat your space with the same level of care I give your pets. I’ll make sure the mail is brought in, your plants are watered, the house stays tidy, and the locks are triple checked. Because I work with rescued animals, I’m also very intentional about maintaining your pet’s routine to minimize any anxiety while you’re away. When we’re out, I’m hyper-vigilant about leash safety and harness checks. If your dog is a flight risk or just easily spooked, I have the experience to keep them focused, happy, and secure. I know I need lots of updates when I’m on vacation, so you’ll get plenty of photos from me from each visit! No judgement if you’re a helicopter pet parent, I promise 😉

About: In our previous home in Missouri my husband and I frequently pet sat for friends, family, and neighbors. We moved to Washington January of 2025 and have missed the furry friends we cared for there. I have experience with large and small dogs including some elderly and some very high energy. I’ve also looked after cats, individuals and larger groups including groups with various feeding needs. I work virtually and can be available most week days for daytime pet sitting in homes that have consistent internet access or drop ins a few times a day. On weekends my availability varies but I can typically plan for drop in and overnight care with at least 1 week notice. I am married and may request my spouse be allowed to stay with me or drop by in longer term sitting situations. Whether it’s a walk or a week together I’ll try to treat your pet with the same care and attention you would. Allowing you to feel comfortable while you are away. As a pet sitter I try not to disrupt your furry family member’s typical schedule as much as possible. I currently am a junior at WSU studying newsbroadcasting and sportscommunication, with some extra time on my hands and have a strong love for pets. And will ensure proper care is being provided. If you are confused about my schedule please reach out anyways...sometimes rover has a hard time updating. I walk dogs often and the correct procedures will be taken depending on the dogs and clients requests. Same goes for house sitting and just dropping in! I'm here to actually engage with your dogs, I don't want them to be bored and sad while you are gone. I DO NOT ATTEND DOG PARKS UNLESS SPECIFIED THAT YOUR DOG NORMALLY ATTENDS. My care is to stick to the routine you set for your fur baby. No food or treats will be giving without your approval.
