About: I’ve had two different dogs in my family since I was born. I have been responsible for feeding and cleaning up after my most recent dog. I graduated from the University of Denver and have spent 2+ months in the last year staying overnight to care for clients’ pets and homes. I am young and in fairly good shape, so I can run with dogs if requested! I have experience walking not only my dog, but various friends’ dogs. I get along well with all kinds of animals, but I am most familiar with dogs. Both of my family’s pets have been medium sized dogs, but I have done some dog sitting for both larger and smaller breeds. These span from Shih Tzu to Pitbulls to full sized Poodles. I can’t wait to meet your four legged friends!! I am looking for a furry friend to join me on my after class walks! I typically walk 1.5-3 miles, so hopefully your pup will be tired out I make sure when I come in that there is enough water and/or food in the bowl, then promptly take them outside. I will make sure all doors are completely shut before leaving those sneaky dogs alone!

At your house, I treat your space with the same level of care I give your pets. I’ll make sure the mail is brought in, your plants are watered, the house stays tidy, and the locks are triple checked. Because I work with rescued animals, I’m also very intentional about maintaining your pet’s routine to minimize any anxiety while you’re away. When we’re out, I’m hyper-vigilant about leash safety and harness checks. If your dog is a flight risk or just easily spooked, I have the experience to keep them focused, happy, and secure. About: In our previous home in Missouri my husband and I frequently pet sat for friends, family, and neighbors. We moved to Washington January of 2025 and have missed the furry friends we cared for there. I have experience with large and small dogs including some elderly and some very high energy. I’ve also looked after cats, individuals and larger groups including groups with various feeding needs. I work virtually and can be available most week days for daytime pet sitting in homes that have consistent internet access or drop ins a few times a day. On weekends my availability varies but I can typically plan for drop in and overnight care with at least 1 week notice. I am married and may request my spouse be allowed to stay with me or drop by in longer term sitting situations. Whether it’s a walk or a week together I’ll try to treat your pet with the same care and attention you would. Allowing you to feel comfortable while you are away. About: Ive grown up with cats and dogs my whole life. I spent a lot of time with my cousin being a breeder taking her dogs to shows, I have learned how to take care of dogs and how to approach the ones that can be a handful at times. I work a full time Monday- friday job but on my lunches I can stop by for check ins and walks and after work as well. Weekends are always open too. If doing check ins I can clean up any accidents and make sure they are fed and have water(depending on feeding schedules) and I always have local parks and routes pre planned for a good walk

“Ferdinand seemed to have a great time with Rachael and her people! He walked into the yard and seemed immediately comfortable. We didn't see the inside, but when we picked him up he was happy and healthy and seemed great, which is all we could ask for. We were sent pics of him playing with the other dogs and Ferd looked as happy as ever. He’ll for sure be back the next time we need to leave him for a trip or even daycare:D”

My girls are 10 years apart in age are different in temperament and personality. To me, it doesn’t take a lot to care for them but I never know if that is different in the eyes of the sitter. Allison welcomed them both into her home and cared for them just as I would. She provided updates and photos throughout the stay. She was also flexible in drop off time as I had a brain fart when initially booking the stay. I will definitely choose Allison again for future stays!”
“Sheri and her husband did a wonderful job with my Omar. They kept him well walked and tired by the end of each day. He usually doesn't eat while away from me, but with them he ate well. Having them home all day was an added bonus, he is very much a people loving dog and wants to be near someone at all times. They sent a daily picture, as well as a short description of his day. I will not hesitate to take him back for another stay if need be.”
