I currently am a junior at WSU studying newsbroadcasting and sportscommunication, with some extra time on my hands and have a strong love for pets. And will ensure proper care is being provided. If you are confused about my schedule please reach out anyways...sometimes rover has a hard time updating. I walk dogs often and the correct procedures will be taken depending on the dogs and clients requests. Same goes for house sitting and just dropping in! I'm here to actually engage with your dogs, I don't want them to be bored and sad while you are gone. I DO NOT ATTEND DOG PARKS UNLESS SPECIFIED THAT YOUR DOG NORMALLY ATTENDS. My care is to stick to the routine you set for your fur baby. No food or treats will be giving without your approval.

About: Growing up I was raised on a farm so there’s not a day where I haven’t been surrounded by animals. Whether it be going to a 4-H show on the weekend or going on a run with the dogs, we always had an animal with us. I now have a golden retriever and she’s like another kid to me so I completely understand wanting to find someone you can trust with your animal while you’re gone. I can guarantee that I will treat your pet as my own, and give them the love, care, and attention they need until you come home. I am more than happy to keep you updated on anything you’d like to know and do anything to accommodate you and your pet😊 I’m currently only working 2 days a week and am very blessed to be home with my 2 year old, so I’m available throughout the day, and I am more than willing to spend it with all the pups! I’ve always loved being around animals, so it’s a nice way for me to escape the day to day responsibilities 😊 I have a 2 year old daughter so she would accompany your pup and I on any walks we take. About: Hi! I’m Ezra 😊 I’ve spent my life around animals, growing up with big dogs and cats and now working at an animal sanctuary for cats, dogs, and farm animals. I’m very comfortable with administering medications, high energy dogs, and senior and puppy care. Because of my background in animal welfare, I have a special patience for nervous dogs who might be wary of men, and pets/breeds who might be labelled “difficult”. I know how to give them the space they need to feel secure and build the trust needed to keep them happy while you’re away. I adore animals of all kinds and can’t wait to get to know your furry (and feathered) family members! 🐾🩷 I work from home most days, and am lucky to have a 4-day work week. All that means I spend a lot of time with my pets! I’m an early riser, so in the mornings me and my dog will often be on local trails, off leash parks, at Double Bluff, or wandering our sleepy Clinton neighborhood. We love to play in my fully fenced yard regularly throughout the day. Fridays and my weekends are all about enjoying the beautiful PNW with my pup and I’d love to bring your pets along for the ride! In my home, pets are welcome on the furniture and treated like members of the family. Paws are wiped off when we come back inside, and everyone has free roam of the house. When necessary we have gates to seperate upstairs and downstairs areas, so if your pet needs some private time on their own couch, it’s available to them! At your house, I treat your space with the same level of care I give your pets. I’ll make sure the mail is brought in, your plants are watered, the house stays tidy, and the locks are triple checked. Because I work with rescued animals, I’m also very intentional about maintaining your pet’s routine to minimize any anxiety while you’re away. When we’re out, I’m hyper-vigilant about leash safety and harness checks. If your dog is a flight risk or just easily spooked, I have the experience to keep them focused, happy, and secure. I know I need lots of updates when I’m on vacation, so you’ll get plenty of photos from me from each visit! No judgement if you’re a helicopter pet parent, I promise 😉

About: We absolutely love hosting dogs! Because we both work from home, your pup will get constant companionship, frequent potty breaks, and plenty of daily walks. We have a spacious, fully fenced yard, perfect for burning off energy and getting the zoomies out! Plus, if your pup ever feels a bit nervous in a new environment, we like to make them feel right at home with a soothing treat like fresh scrambled eggs. Safety & Family Dynamics: We have a gentle 3 year old daughter who adores dogs. We actively teach her how to respect a dog's space, read their body language, pet gently, and stop immediately if a dog moves away. Either my husband or I is always within arm's reach whenever dogs are around, ensuring a safe, calm, and happy environment for everyone. Experience & Activities: We’re comfortable with dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities! Our experience ranges from hosting shy, play-motivated pups (like Border Collies) to raising our own German Shepherd/Lab/Rottweiler mix. When we don’t have a Rover guest, we foster dogs through a local organization. Whether your dog loves neighborhood walks, backyard adventures, or just lounging by our desks while we work, they’ll be treated like family here. We both work from home so are home most of the day. We love walks around our neighborhood and have a large yard to get energy out. We have pick-up/drop-off listed as well for an additional charge. Lots of snuggles, walks and treats! Please feel free to bring their bed, stuffed animal, and favorite toys to make them comfortable. We will try to walk them (1.5-2mi/day) unless otherwise requested.
