I know cats need a clean litter box, some good scritches behind the ears, and I'd be happy to feed and water them, love on them, and make sure they are not lonely while you're away. About: We're two proud dog moms based in Baltimore City with a deep love for pups of all kinds! We've spent years walking, boarding, and caring for dogs in our neighborhood, often hosting overnight stays so our sweet 4-year-old girl Poppy can have a playmate. About: I have worked with shelter dogs for about six years and I have had quite a bit of training on dog behavior, handling, and socializing. My past shelter job required me to become SAFER certified in order to do behavior assessments on dogs coming in. I have worked with hundreds of dogs with a wide variety of behavior issues. As the dog care lead for my last shelter I oversaw the care of up to 120 dogs at a time. Part of the dogs care included medicating, I am familiar with many common health issues and medications and am comfortable administering all forms of medications. I have one small dog of my own, a neutered male that likes other dogs. Right now I am only looking for like sized dogs male or female (20 pounds and under) or very calm bigger dogs to babysit. I live on a small dahlia farm - about two acres, unfenced. Dogs are allowed on the furniture and in bed but you can provide their bedding if you think they’d prefer it. While our house is being built we live in a 2 bedroom “mother in law”. It is small so not ideal for active bigger dogs right now. I only sit one dog at a time, unless the dogs come from the same household or they are known friends and okayed by both families. I have a small dahlia farm so I work from home! I have free range chickens and one senior dog. My typical day revolves around taking care of the animals and flowers. Right now our yard isn’t fenced but it’s a summer goal! I take the dogs for a walk in the morning and then out for potty breaks every couple hours after that.

I have experience helping with puppy training basics life patience during walks, reinforcing commands, and keeping them mentally stimulated. I also understand that senior dogs sometimes need gentler exercise, more frequent bathroom breaks, and extra patience. In addition to dogs, I have experience working with animals in a farm environment, which taught me responsibility, consistency, and how important it is to pay attention to an animal's needs and body language. Because of that background, I'm calm, reliable, and comfortable around animals with different temperaments. Most importantly, I treat every pet like they're my own. I know how much trust it takes to leave your animal with someone else, and I take that responsibility seriously. Pet care has always been a natural part of my daily life. I grew up around animals and have experience caring for dogs of all ages, from energetic puppies to older dogs who need a slower pace and extra attention. I enjoy spending time outdoors walking dogs, playing with them, and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for while their owners are away. As a college student, I plan my schedule carefully, which allows me to stay organized and consistent with feeding times, walks, and check-ins. I genuinely enjoy being around animals, and spending time with them is something I look forward to throughout the week. Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for pets. I make sure pets are always supervised, comfortable, and kept in a calm environment where they feel secure. In a client's home, I carefully follow the pet's normal routine for feeding, walks, medications, and playtime so they experience as little disruption as possible. I also pay close attention to behavior and body language to make sure pets are feeling safe and happy. I respect my clients' homes and keep spaces clean, secure doors and gates, and communicate regularly with updates and photos so owners can feel confident their pets are being well cared for.
About: I had my own dog basically my whole life, I have experience (not professionally) washed, nail trimmed, ear cleaning, and shaved dogs before. I have sat dogs from my own family members, I have always had a love for animals and love getting to know how different each animal is from goofy personality’s too very shy I try my best to make any animal feel safe and happy with me. Im currently working monday-friday all day but my availability is weekends anytime usually, I can dog sit, just stop by for breaks, overnight stay just from saturday too sunday, feeding, take out for walks, etc. I can do whatever is needed/ any special instructions such as putting in crate at night, feeding /feeding a special diet, bathe if asked, take out for a walk, let outside, clean up if any mess is made, and give all my attention.

“My dogs mean everything to me and it can be difficult to find a dog sitter who understands the assignment. Allison understood the assignment. My girls are 10 years apart in age are different in temperament and personality. To me, it doesn’t take a lot to care for them but I never know if that is different in the eyes of the sitter. Allison welcomed them both into her home and cared for them just as I would. She provided updates and photos throughout the stay. She was also flexible in drop off time as I had a brain fart when initially booking the stay. I will definitely choose Allison again for future stays!”

About: I am a fun-loving friend of dogs (and cats) who will make sure your babies are safe, loved, and having fun while you are away. I've been a dog/cat mom for more than 40 years. I have excellent dog training skills, having trained my dogs over the years. I've also cared for senior dogs with special needs. I have a large, fenced yard and can offer overnights as long as your dog gets on well with another dog. Here for you and your babies and will make sure they get all the love and attention. 😍 I'm currently working PT from home, so I'll be able to keep your pet safe and will be home for them all day (unless I need to run an errand or something). My routine is easy-drop them off, and I'll handle the rest. I can even transport them if you need help with that. I have a large, dog park-sized yard that is fenced. If your dog isn't an escape artist, they will be fine here. Lot of room to run and play. :) I can always walk them or be with them when outside should you prefer that. I have a 6yo large dog who loves other dogs and will enjoy company. Dogs at my house can be on the furniture or the bed, or crated as you desire. I know what it is like to leave your baby, so I am happy to care for them in any way you'd like. I can do a 25-30 min walk with them in my neighborhood, and or I can let them run in the yard with a ball or a frisbee. You let me know! If you need me to come to you, no problem. I can come check on them, walk them, play with them, or whatever you need!
