Monica is so kind and tender-hearted, and it's clear how much she loves every animal in her care. She truly treated Loki like her own. My big guy is a senior dog with bad arthritis, and he'd had a rough time right before I left – he slipped and was very sore, struggling to stand and walk. I was worried, and Monica was understandably a little nervous at first, given Loki's size and condition. However, she immediately jumped into action, giving him the extra care and attention he needed to recover and settle in. When I returned a few days later, Loki was up and moving much better! I know Monica's loving care made all the difference. She's truly an amazing dog sitter. My girls are 10 years apart in age are different in temperament and personality. To me, it doesn’t take a lot to care for them but I never know if that is different in the eyes of the sitter. Allison welcomed them both into her home and cared for them just as I would. She provided updates and photos throughout the stay. She was also flexible in drop off time as I had a brain fart when initially booking the stay. I will definitely choose Allison again for future stays!”
