About: I understand the various and complex needs of dogs of different breeds, ages, sizes, and reactivity. As someone with a high energy large breed dog I have specific experience with dogs that need a little more to get their energy out. I am confident that I will be more than able to get your pup that care that it needs to be happy and healthy. I am a college student that is currently home for the summer. I have open availability and should be able to accommodate almost any busy schedule so your pet can get the care it requires. Your dogs safety is my number one priority. I would love to hear any specific needs that your pet may have and will do everything in my power to accommodate them. I have experience with very large/strong dogs as well as reactive or high energy pups. My goal is to create a walk that meets the specific requirements of your dog and ensures that they are safe and comfortable.

About: I walked my rough collie for the 7 years we had him, and I've taken my friends' dogs on many walks. I took care of my dog as he got older and have immense patience with senior dogs. I'm familiar with different animals' body language and how pets communicate, allowing me to understand what your pet is asking for. I work part-time and have plenty of free time to take care of your pets. I have reliable transportation and am happy to drive wherever is necessary. Dogwalking was the first thing I did in the morning and is my favorite way to start the day. In your home, I'm happy to care for your pet's feeding, litter boxes, playful interests, and any other specific needs your pet would like attended to.

About: I currently have 5 amazing big dogs that I’ve been taking care of since I was in middle school. I am patient, responsible, friendly, and caring. I am available for pet walking and drop ins Monday through Thursday at any time just before 4pm! I am also available every other weekend! I have 5 dogs myself who I care for everyday. I run or walk them multiple times a week and play with them at the house!

About: I’m a 22 year old college graduate looking to fulfill her hopes of pet setting once again! Being a full time student meant busy weeks, leaving no time for pet care. Something I actively did before transferring to UCSC. But with this newfound, post-graduate freedom, I’m eager to get back into the gig. Besides caring for my own kitties, I’ve worked with 7 clients over the past four years. All of which have been dog sitting gigs, with one job including an additional 3 cats (if that makes sense haha). And in my time as a sitter I’ve had four consistent clients. Additionally, I’m more than willing to sit for most dogs/ cats regardless of age, size, energy level, etc. It is my job (and such a privilege) to ensure their needs are met! Worth a mention - I’ve not had any experience in pet training, but I’m committed to being the best companion to the little loves! I can’t wait to connect with you and your fur-babies! I’m hoping to fill my week days (which are fairly open as of late) with pet care! Connecting with animals is truly such a rewarding job. Knowing I can make your life easier, and also that your pets are happy fills my heart with oodles of joy. My housing agreement unfortunately states that I can’t allow pets on to the premises. However, I’m extremely comfortable staying in/ visiting other spaces. Being respectful of your space is one of my top priorities.

Mamoo is sensitive and perceptive regarding cats' preferences and communications and adjusts his care to meet your pets' needs. For instance if your pet is too nervous to come out to regular feeding area, he will bring food to the cat and approach slowly and respectfully. My cats warmed up to Mamoo and he gave them lots of love and attention. My cats were not showing any signs of stress after my return which is unusual for one of my cats! About: My entire family love animals so I have had a variety of pets throughout my life. I have had fish, a dog, a cat, and a turtle! I love pets and I would love to help others with theirs!!! I dog sit for my family members when they need me to. As a student I have a lot of flexibility in my day to day schedule to take care of pets! My longest classes are an hour and half. I make sure there’s spaces in my schedule to have time to check in on the pets I’m caring for. I care for pets in a very caring way, I am very patient and calm. I try to feel the pets vibe so I match their energy and not overwhelm them. I would say I am also a very playful person if the pet is open to play.

About: I have had experience with feeding my friends and neighbors cats when they were away on vacation, but nothing professional. I do not have any training skills, but have dealt with temperamental cats who do not like sharing their space. I have had dogs and cats in my family since I was a child. We had small dogs as well as medium/large dogs and cats. I currently have 2 cats at home! I work full time Monday - Friday so this would be causal meetings and walks. I can feed them dinner or hang with them on week nights. That could be playing with them at their home, taking them to a dog park, or taking them for a walk. My weekends are wide open and I can hang out with your little dude whenever you need :). Unless otherwise specified in my schedule! I live in a one bedroom apartment that is quite spacious with a patio. There are cat toys and scratch posts everywhere. The patio is a catio, which is equipped with cat towers and cat grass. I play fetch with my tempermental boy because it gets his energy out very quickly and he LOVES it. My girly girl is very easy and plays with almost anything. I am more than happy to play with your kitty however they would like. For dogs, I will hang out and play with them at their house or take them to a dog park to get fresh air and more room to run. Fetch is a favorite as well as tug of war! I can take them on long walks around the neighborhood or the beach if the owner is ok with that!

About: Pets have been a big part of my childhood. I cared for my family’s senior dog, have pet-sat frequently for friends and family, as well as a few informal clients off rover. I also love being active and running around the Santa Cruz neighborhoods! I’m the perfect pick if you want your dog to get some walks in. I truly believe that all animals require the same kindness, patience, and guidance that people do and I would love to be a part of your journey in caring for your companion :) At the moment, I’m in college but am very flexible and have a $20 discount for any new clients. About: I have experience with dogs of all sizes and all ages! I grew up training and caring for a strong and stubborn German Shepherd. In the past few years, I’ve lived with a Retriever puppy - training him to be a sociable young man that goes potty outside. I’m the go-to for my friends and family when it comes to pet sitting. They trust me with their fur babies and appreciate how I maintain the routine their pet is familiar with. I work fully remote, so I have lots of flexibility when it comes to walks, playtime, and housesitting! On weekdays, I’m most available after 11:00am PT. I’m occasionally available on weekends! I want to care for your pet in the way you do! Please fill me in on their routine and their sensitivities! I want them to care for them in a way that feels familiar and safe.

About: My older sisters have a lot of experience with Rover, and they love to drag me everywhere with them! You can trust me with your fur baby/babies because I have 3 of my own! I’m currently a part time student (online) for the summer, so i’ll have plenty of time with your pups! I’m available for housesitting during weekdays after class and weekends! I’ll flex to your schedule :) We make sure our dog is always on leash when taking her on walks, and our cats are inside only pets. They have plenty of toys and socialization to keep them entertained and happy.

About: My pets are my best friends and I understand how difficult it can be to find genuine care for them when work or trips get in the way, I want to offer your pets the care I would hope to find for my own. I’m an active and reliable sitter and walker and I pride myself on treating all animals with the respect they deserve. Aside from my own pets, many family friends have trusted me to care for both cats and dogs while they are on trips. I work well with high energy animals of any size or age. I have experience walking med-lg dogs such and beagles, labs, and golden retrievers. I also have walked smaller dogs such as schnauzers and pugs😁 I’m willing to take pets outside of the neighborhood to a beach or nearby trail if your dog is adventurous! I love working shy cats, active cats, and lazy cats alike. Feline friends have such a distinct personality and I love getting to know them. I’m working part time and have plenty of availability to spend time with your pets in the afternoons and evenings! Weekends are a great time for me to spend longer hours making sure your pets get plenty of activity and care :) I do not offer my home for services. In your home, I prefer any supplies needed for your pet are left out so I can respect your space by only being present for your pet :)

About: I had a dog growing up and worked as a dog sitter for almost 4 years for my neighbors. I mostly took them out for potty and walks, feed, bathe, and played with them as needed! I also volunteer at the Santa Cruz County Animal Shelter for handling cats, dogs, and rabbits. I currently work part time and by taking care and hanging out with pets during my free time is something that I cherish the most as it’s also something I find therapeutic ❤️ I respect any client’s ways on how they want to take care of their pets and please let me know any tips and ways you want me to take care and look out for them!
