I’m a calm, capable sitter who tailors care to your pet’s unique needs, energy level, and emotional comfort. Whether your dog is a mellow senior, a wild child in training, or just your average well-behaved snugglebug, I offer structure, enrichment, affection, and the kind of consistency pets thrive on. I believe all animals deserve to be heard and deserve intentional care and structure. ❌ Things I don’t do: • Dog parks • Chaotic group situations • Handing out treats “just because” • Pushing past an animal’s comfort zone • Ignoring or minimizing behavioral needs ✅ Things I do: • Personalized, temperament-based care • Adventures (if your pet is up for it!) • Daily enrichment and mental stimulation • Intentional structure and calm routines • Respecting your pet’s boundaries and setting healthy ones • All the snuggles (when invited!) I also have hands-on experience with cats, small animals (like guinea pigs and rats), reptiles, and even farm animals like pigs and ducks. If it has paws, claws, hooves, or scales — chances are, I’ve cared for it. When it’s a good fit, I love incorporating dogs into my daily life — whether that’s a nature walk, a car ride to town, or just relaxing outside. But I never take dogs to dog parks or chaotic spaces. If something feels too stimulating or simply isn’t right for your pet, we skip it — no pressure, no push. And if your pup is the stay-home-and-cuddle type? That works for me too. I always ask about behavior, routines, and preferences ahead of time and spend the first day or two getting a read on what your pet is capable of and comfortable with. My goal is to help every animal feel safe, respected, and genuinely cared for in a way that honors who they are. I work from home full time! I have several clients but the type of work allows me to be extremely flexible for your pets! I know while some pets can just hang out while I work, others may need more care, enrichment or a closer eye - I can and will accommodate accordingly. Just let me know what your pet needs ❤️ When sitting at your home I prefer to stick to the spaces your pets are most comfortable in or used to as well as stick to a similar routine. I find this helps with separation anxiety and any confusion the pets may have since their favorite human is gone! If possible, I like to take dogs for a longer walk on the first day to help us bond and help me learn how they behave. For other pets, this may look more like a longer playtime, enrichment activity, etc. I want to make sure they’re as comfortable as possible with me in their space so that first day is important to me!

I typically work Friday mornings and Saturday nights, however, I am flexible with my schedule in order to accommodate your pets when given enough notice! When I take care of pets, whether at my place or yours, I treat them like family. They get plenty of playtime, regular meals, and lots of attention! About: I grew up with two dogs and two cats and I am very well versed in their needs. I currently own two kittens and am well versed in the cat grimace scale. I can read the needs of animals well, and love to play with them! Playing is an important part of caring for an animal and I am excited to meet your babies!🥰 I work Sunday-Wednesday and Fridays from 12:00-7:30 pm in Santa Cruz, but I can come in the mornings and nights those days to take dogs for walks, play with your pets, feed them, and take care of them! I am open fully on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. I will take great care of your animals in your home. I will make sure to follow your rules and keep everything I do with your animal 100% clear. I will message you everything we have done that day (food, play, and walk wise) and make sure to keep your home clean.

About: Proud mom of a healthy and cheerful 7.5 yo red golden retriever (whom I have had from a puppy). I have a lifelong experience with dogs; grew up with a German Sheppard mix and have been doing pet care exchanges with friends for the past 5 yrs. While boarding dogs at my house I always provided frequent updates to the owners. For boarding: my dog does best with dogs same size or smaller. I live in a house with a fenced in backyard, within a walking distance to the beach and Frederick St. dog park. I do cook for my dog and can do same for yours (or I adjust to your preferences). I’m dedicated to pet’s wellbeing and will ensure that your dog is safe, gets enough exercise and rest. My 16 yo son also loves playing with dogs. We all are looking forward to host your dog in our house (and/or go for walks together). I work from home part-time and I'm available for boarding your dog at my house (also over the Holidays) or for taking your dog for walks (together with mine). I have plenty of space in my house, fenced yard and a friendly dog to keep your pooch company. For safety I do not accept very large or uncontrollable dogs.
