I’m a lifelong dog lover and proud dog mom to my sweet 3-year-old Maltipoo 🐶 I’ve been dog-sitting for years and genuinely love getting to spend time with all different kinds of pups. I work remotely, so my schedule is super flexible and can easily be tailored to your dog’s needs. I’m also currently getting my master’s degree, and I use Rover to help support my tuition, which makes this something I truly care about and put a lot of effort into. About: I have grown up in Santa Cruz my whole life. I have had many different pets and want to pursue my love for animals by taking care of yours. I have also taken an animal training course at Cabrillo College. I currently work part time as an EMT and on my days off I love to be outside and walk my dog, I usually dedicate my whole day to be with her whether it’s bike rides, walks, or beach days. I take my dog to her annual vet check ups. My dog has insurance and is currently eating 2 meals a day. One in the morning and one at night. She is a very loving dog to humans and other dogs. I trust her off leash at the beach so we do that regularly. She also enjoys cruiser bike rides on west cliff.

About: I have three fully grown akitas at home and one malitpoo. So I have experience with all types of dogs and love going on walks with them. I’m currently a full time student, but I have the weekends, Tuesday, and Thursday completely off. I do live on campus, but I have a car so I’m more accessible. I do everything that is instructed to me along with spending quality time with the animals to fulfill their needs. I also always double check all gates and doors are locked and secured before leaving the premises.

Whether your dog is a mellow senior, a wild child in training, or just your average well-behaved snugglebug, I offer structure, enrichment, affection, and the kind of consistency pets thrive on. I believe all animals deserve to be heard and deserve intentional care and structure. ❌ Things I don’t do: • Dog parks • Chaotic group situations • Handing out treats “just because” • Pushing past an animal’s comfort zone • Ignoring or minimizing behavioral needs ✅ Things I do: • Personalized, temperament-based care • Adventures (if your pet is up for it!) • Daily enrichment and mental stimulation • Intentional structure and calm routines • Respecting your pet’s boundaries and setting healthy ones • All the snuggles (when invited!) I also have hands-on experience with cats, small animals (like guinea pigs and rats), reptiles, and even farm animals like pigs and ducks. If it has paws, claws, hooves, or scales — chances are, I’ve cared for it. When it’s a good fit, I love incorporating dogs into my daily life — whether that’s a nature walk, a car ride to town, or just relaxing outside. But I never take dogs to dog parks or chaotic spaces. If something feels too stimulating or simply isn’t right for your pet, we skip it — no pressure, no push. And if your pup is the stay-home-and-cuddle type? That works for me too. I always ask about behavior, routines, and preferences ahead of time and spend the first day or two getting a read on what your pet is capable of and comfortable with. My goal is to help every animal feel safe, respected, and genuinely cared for in a way that honors who they are. I work from home full time! I have several clients but the type of work allows me to be extremely flexible for your pets! I know while some pets can just hang out while I work, others may need more care, enrichment or a closer eye - I can and will accommodate accordingly. Just let me know what your pet needs ❤️ When sitting at your home I prefer to stick to the spaces your pets are most comfortable in or used to as well as stick to a similar routine. I find this helps with separation anxiety and any confusion the pets may have since their favorite human is gone! If possible, I like to take dogs for a longer walk on the first day to help us bond and help me learn how they behave. For other pets, this may look more like a longer playtime, enrichment activity, etc. I want to make sure they’re as comfortable as possible with me in their space so that first day is important to me!
