About: I’ve taken care of many different types of animals since I was 9. I have lots of experience with both cats and dogs. I’ve even taken care of reptiles! About: What sets me apart is that caring for animals isn’t just something I do—it’s something I’ve lived my entire life. I grew up with a golden retriever named Arwen, and from 8th grade on, I was fully responsible for her walks, training, and care. I even started waking up an hour earlier every day just to make sure she got her morning walk in before school! Later, when I moved to the U.S. for college, I helped raise and train my roommate’s husky puppy, Ava, who struggled with separation anxiety. I’d take her to class, skate with her to tire her out, and help her stay calm and confident. It was like co-parenting a very energetic fur baby—and I loved every minute. I’ve cared for dogs of all ages and personalities—from hyper puppies to senior dogs with medical needs. My husband and I pet sat for two elderly Bichon Frises (17 years old!) every year while their owners traveled, carefully managing their diet, medications, and gentle exercise. I’ve also grown to love cats after living with Archie—my first real cat roommate—and have experience gently brushing, bonding, and caring for both indoor and stray cats (I even accidentally helped my mom adopt a kitten when I took in a stray!). Most recently, I taught my in-laws’ senior dog Ellie new tricks at the age of 7, proving that even older pups can learn with patience and love. We can’t have pets in our home right now due to landlord restrictions, so pet sitting is how I stay connected to what I love most—animals. I treat every pet like they’re my own, and I genuinely enjoy making them feel safe, happy, and loved while their humans are away. I am a bioengineering Ph.D. Student, most of the time I have freedom of picking my hours, as well as working from home when needed! I always start by learning as much as I can about your pet’s routine, preferences, health needs, and quirks. Whether it’s medication schedules, feeding routines, or special toys they love—I’m here to follow your instructions to a T. I do my best to keep your pet’s day feeling as normal as possible while you’re away. I’m extremely respectful of your home and always aim to leave it just as you left it (or better!). I double-check doors and windows, never leave pets unsupervised outside, and keep a tidy, pet-safe environment throughout the stay. I also send regular updates—photos, videos, and check-ins—so you can relax knowing your fur baby is happy and well cared for. If you ever need in-my-home care in the future (pending landlord approval!), my goal would be to provide a cozy, stress-free space that’s clean, safe, and set up to meet your pet’s unique needs.

About: I have three fully grown akitas at home and one malitpoo. So I have experience with all types of dogs and love going on walks with them. I’m currently a full time student, but I have the weekends, Tuesday, and Thursday completely off. I do live on campus, but I have a car so I’m more accessible. I do everything that is instructed to me along with spending quality time with the animals to fulfill their needs. I also always double check all gates and doors are locked and secured before leaving the premises.

About: I have owned animals for as long as I can remember, ranging from goats, to rabbits, to dogs, and cats. I am equipped in senior care due to my own senior cat, as well as my childhood dog (not living with me)! I have been pet sitting for friends, neighbors, and family for years and love doing it! I already share my home with two friendly cats, so feeding, playtime, and cuddles are part of everyday life. I work from home with a flexible schedule, which means I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and overnight stays throughout the week. Morning trail walks, midday check-ins, and cozy evenings are all part of the rhythm here. Your pet will be cared for with the same attention and love I give my own. Pets in my care stay inside overnight in a calm, cozy environment alongside my two friendly cats. While my yard isn’t fenced, I never leave pets unattended outdoors, and the area is quiet with no nearby traffic. I use secure leashes for walks and keep a close eye on each pet’s comfort and safety. Whether in my home or yours, I treat every animal with the same care and respect I give my own.

About: I grew up with a house that always had at least one dog in it. I have always loved and been very comfortable with dogs of all shapes and sizes. I’ve dog walked and dog sat for neighbors since I was a young kid. I’m currently a college student at UCSC on summer vacation. Now that I’m home my schedule is very open and I’m hoping to use my free time to take care of dogs! I have two dogs and three cats living at my house currently. Both dogs are friendly and the cats keep to themselves. I love hiking so I can take your dog on some awesome dog-friendly trails, or I can just walk them around your neighborhood.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs, big and small alike all my life. I grew up with a boxer and a golden retriever in the home so I’m accustomed to the joy of having pets in the house. More recently I’ve pet sat for families who have homes in Europe, and would go visit during the holidays. I’ve been caring for this elderly dog in particular for over 10 years. He’s a sweet tempered dog but takes medicine everyday so I’ve become well adept at hiding his meds inconspicuously to get him to eat it without any problems. I also love working with puppies and find that caring for younger dogs is a lot of fun, and is exciting too! I love aussies, border collies, and spaniels but find that I can get along with just about any breed. I’m the type of person to always stop to ask to pet your dog on walks, and love showering dogs with affection and love. One of my favorite past times, is letting a dog run free off leash, and play frisbee with him or her. I’d love to provide loving, friendly, and fun care to your furry friend and I look forward to our first paw-shake! Currently in school, but available after and before classes start-and free on weekends! I’m in school, but I have plenty of time to run around and meet your pets. I would look forward to days pet sitting, or walking, and would love to meet you and your pets! I care for pets mainly in your home, I find it easiest because some pets can get flustered in new environments. I strive to get to know them and build trust by being in their home turf to see all their favorite toys, and where they feel most comfortable. About: I grew up having a German Shepherd, but since it was a family pet I did not consider those as years in pet care. However, 3 years ago I got my own dog. I am certain I can take care of a puppy and older. I know the amount attention and care a dog needs on top of staying on track with my schedule. I recently graduated UCSC and currently focusing building my resume and finding a job in the area.
