About: I have been relied on by my friends and relatives to take care of their dogs for 15 years. They have trusted me to watch their home and their dogs when they need someone. I have some experience administering oral medicine (pills) to dogs. Currently, I am available most times and days for pet care. Tuesdays and Thursdays I am possibly not available from about 11:30am-2:30pm because I walk my sister's puppy then, but it is only when she needs me. I will happily visit or stay at your home to care for your pet. I am great at following directions and will happily do whatever you need me to do to care for your pet how you want me to or how your pet is used to being cared for.

About: I’ve cared for my family pets my whole life and started pet sitting in high school for neighbors with both dogs and cats. I now have two dogs of my own and treat every animal with love, patience, and care. I currently work part-time and am available Sunday through Wednesday. I’m in college, so mornings and afternoons work best for me to care for your pets. I take care to follow each pet’s routine closely to keep them comfortable and stress-free. I’m respectful of your home and will ensure your pet feels safe and loved while you’re away.

About: Ever since I was a teenager, family, friends, and neighbors have relied on my to pet-sit and play with dogs of all sizes and ages. Similar to my approach with cats, I introduce myself with confidence, caution, and respect while paying attention to the dog's body language. I've had the pleasure of meeting many dogs ranging from energetic ones that pull hard when walking, to low-energy dogs that either want light play or may have chronic pain. Whatever the case is, I'm quick to learn how to befriend them! I'm a recent graduate with a Computer Science degree, looking for full-time software work. The job search has been very slow to yield results, so I have very open availability while I search. As long as I'm not already booked on a given day, I'm open on any day of the week and at any time (including evenings). Unfortunately due to the pickiness of my two cats, Charlie and Pim, I'm unable to have any pets brought to my home. Regarding caring for pets at a client's home, I'm open to visits lasting many hours, or making multiple visits in a day. I have plenty of experience with cats and dogs, and can care for other mammals (I have minimal experience with reptiles and birds). As long as I have detailed notes on your pet's routine and special care instructions, I'll work diligently to ensure their daily routine sees minimal disruption while you're gone!

“Mary did an amazing job watching our 4 dogs for 8 days over the 4th of July! 3 of our dogs are very old with special needs and 1 is afraid of fireworks and she was happy to accommodate to our requests to make the sitting go smooth. The dogs were very well taken care of and the house was spotless when we got home. We will definitely be reaching out to her for future sitting needs!”

About: Animals are my life! I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adult hood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding about all different types of dogs. My experience in pet care comes from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and my current position as a vet tech assistant. I work part time as well as being a student so my availability varies week to week. However, my schedule has never interfered with any past dog sitting obligations. I can provide safe and loving visits during the day for playtime, a walk or just coming to hangout with your fur baby. I will make sure your pet stays happy and healthy whenever i'm around!

About: I have been around dogs my whole life. Growing up my family had loving but sassy golden retriever, she was so nurturing and maternal we nicknamed her Nanny Girl. She always groomed and watched over us kids but also our cats lol! I then was blessed to spend 12 wonderfully sweet years with my black lab. He was such a spunky, funny pup and grew into the sweetest, most gentle little old man. I miss him terribly, but I am not quite ready to get another dog. I frequently dog/cat sit for family and friends and I still have boxes of toys left for your pup to play with. I remember the stress and worry of leaving your fur baby behind and in the care of someone else when going on vacation. I can promise you that I will love and spoil your fur baby as if they were my own. I work from home full time so I will be with your dog all day (with the exception of a possible quick errand). I can accommodate any needs that your dog has. If they are high energy I am very familiar with lots of parks, trails and dog parks in the area to run and play and get all that energy out. If they have slowed down a bit I have a comfy couch and lots of blankets to snuggle up with and toys to play at their pace with. I work remotely, so I am able to be with your pet all day. We can go out for walks frequently or if medication needs to be administered throughout the day I am available to do that. I am very clean and am overly cautious when taking pups outside. I always make sure they are on their leash securely and stay alert for things going on around us.

About: As far back as I can remember I have always had a fondness for dogs. This love and obsession has pushed me to pursue a career in the canine world, and now I currently manage a dog daycare/hotel franchise as my day job. But even when I’m not there, I am always with a dog. Whether it is my own, a friends, or a family member, I keep the best and the furriest of company! I am familiar with many types of breeds and personally prefer the big and fluffy, or even the more intimidating looking pups. But big or small I love them all and I believe earning a dogs trust is more valuable than gold! I do work full time during the week but I am available anytime after 2:00 Monday through Friday. I have open availability on the weekends If your dog has a set routine I can accommodate their needs however necessary. I also have my own pup that I can bring along to give yours a friend! (With permission)

About: I have had pets since I was a baby. I love caring for animals and having them around. They bring true joy to my life . I have taken care of several different breeds of dogs and cats.I have had clients, that I cared for and also cared for their animals. I am accustomed to feeding, bathing, walking, cuddling, playing, and training dogs, cats, bunnies, and would consider exotic animals. I am truly a lover of all animals. They provide us with undconditional love and companionship. It is one of the best things life has to offer. I took in my amazing cat Ziggie who was a stray and drawn to me. He kept visiting us. He was truly a remarkable part of our family. We had him for 9 years and found out he had asthma, scar tissue on his lungs at the age of 5. The vet was unsure how long he would live for, but with treatments and lots of love he lived to be almost 14 years of age after fighting lymphoma. I learned to take care of a very special boy. He was so affectionate and came to me when I needed his companionship. I became use to giving him medications and having to monitor his condition daily with his cancer. It was tough but the first round of chemo, he kicked it. Then when it came back he got sick and deteriorated very quickly. It's very sad but I also remember the positivity and joy he left with me in my heart and memories. I've grown up with 3 different dogs and cared for them as a young girl, I developed such a wonderfdul bond with them. I care for my friend's puppy and train him when she needs a sitter. He stayed with us for 9 days when his owner went out of town. We trained him, fed, bathed, groomed, and walked this sweet little 4 month old Jack Russell. We just love him he is like a part of our family now and spends over night visitas with me. I have experience caring for birds, when I was a young girl I had 2 parakeets that I cared for. They were really great when they sat on my shoulder. It was quite amusing to me. Any opportunity to care for an animal warms my heart and creates a bond that is life long. I am thankful to have had so many wonderful opportunities to form such bonds. I am currrently working part time . I can arrange shifts around my schedule. This allows me more flexibility so I can work with animals. I have nice parks close to my home, that I can take pets to for their walks. I can do the same at your home. I can crate the pet when it is necessary.

Lillian A.
“Lilly is quite the pet whisperer. This woman showed up with dog treats and now my golden retriever mustard♡ is so excited to see her he knows where he is on her schedule like clockwork. He behaves so well for her. I think they share some kind of psychic Bond because she taught him a new trick and I don't know how you do that just walking a dog, but definitely five stars form me!!”

Aimen A.
“Aimen is incredibly attentive to animals. He has cared for my pets while I’ve been away on vacation and I never have to worry about my pets when he’s there! He is super good with cats too so if you’re looking for a cat caretaker he is always so kind to them. He will make sure they have the best care possible!”

Brianne B.
“It is apparent from Brianne's first interaction with our dog that she loves caring for animals! She has taken care of our dog on occasions daily if we are working long hours and has done overnight housesitting while on vacation. Our fur baby is in great hands with Brianne and she spoils her rotten. Brianne is dependable and provided us with pictures and updates while caring for our baby. She is our first call when we need a responsible pet sitter!!”

Bonnie S.

“Bonnie watched our very energetic, 6 month old, puppy for 10 days last summer. She took such good care of her, walked her twice a day, played with her in the yard, snuggled - as much as you can with a puppy with those sharp teeth:) and basically was a great dog mom while we were gone. Bonnie is a very happy and kind person which carried over to her care of our puppy. I observed her being gentle but firm when interacting with our puppy as well as my daughter's dog and could see that she genuinely loves animals. Upon our return I could tell our puppy missed all the love and attention she was given. Bonnie spent a lot of time with our puppy and took great care of her. I would highly recommend her to be your dog's caregiver!”

Dominic P.
“I can count on one hand the people who I inherently trust with my dog Brinkley and Dominic is at the top of the list. He is caring, gentle and kind to dogs and humans. He genuinely has a passion for taking the best care of the animals that cross his path. Since I've known him over the last several years, he has been dedicated to protecting and keeping Brinkley and all other dogs under his care safe. I would recommend Dominic to anyone who is looking for a dog walker who they can rely on and have peace of mind with. He has always gone above and beyond for us and I know he will do the same for you.”

MICHELLE B.
“Michelle has been so sweet, patient and playful with our energetic Jack Russell puppy! She supports our training program and gives him so much affection and attention. We know he is in good hands and always looks forward to his visits with mama Michelle! She keeps a very clean home, has a nice neighborhood for walks and lives near a park for longer hikes. Michelle’s love for animals is apparent and we trust her 100% to take good care of our sweet pup! We are so grateful for her!”

taylor s.
“Our dog sitter, Taylor S, is a true gem! Reliable, caring, and adored by our pups. Daily updates and adorable photos made us feel at ease while away. Our dog was calm, happy, and clearly loved. Highly recommend-she treats your pet Ike family!”

Alyssa N.
“I have had Alyssa walk my dogs several times. She is reliable and keeps me updated throughout her visits. She is generally very flexible even with my last minute requests!”

Samantha B.
“I couldn’t be happier with the amazing care my dog received from Sam. She was so sweet, attentive, and truly passionate about animals. Throughout the stay she kept me updated with pics and videos, and I could tell my dog was having a great time. She immediately warmed up to Sam upon arrival- and when I came back she was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. I’m so grateful and will definitely be booking her again. Definitely worth it if you’re in either the Detroit/MT pleasant area. Highly recommend! :)”

Samantha P.
“Sam has taken care of my dog several times and I can honestly say you’d be lucky to hire a pet sitter of her caliber. I have a diabetic, dog-reactive pitbull and Sam takes the best care of her. She makes sure her insulin injections are always on time, she takes extra care when walking her to avoid other dogs, and I can always count on Sam to be transparent and honest about any mishaps that may occur. Highly recommend her!”
