About: I grew up with dogs in my home, and when I became a teacher over 10 years ago, I began dog walking and pet sitting for others, too, over my summer break. I have cared for dogs with a variety of needs, including high energy puppies, animals with anxiety, and elderly animals with mobility issues. As a teacher with summers off, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to spend as much time with your pets as is needed. We will have plenty of time for long walks, play sessions, and belly scratches. I will ensure your pet feels comfortable and loved in your home, even when you’re away. I will stick to whatever routine you’ve already established, treating your pet and your home with just as much care as you do.

About: To me they are not just animals. For me they are angels with the purest soul ever. They are part of the family. They need to be treated with respect, love and patience. I love dogs completely because their loyalty and unconditional love has no limits. Something we as humans are not capable of( sad to say it but is true) I will make sure they will have fun, feel comfortable and keep them busy so they don't miss you so much. Missing you cause them to have anxiety and thats what we will try to avoid. Your baby will be safe with me. I worked in a dog shelter for a whole year. I could feed 40 dogs in 25 min. About: I have experience with dogs of all sizes. I've taken care of dogs since I was 8, and I used to work at a doggy daycare. I work part time while focusing on my music career which gives me plenty of time to take care of my 8 year old pomeranian and hopefully your dog as well. I'm very attentive to details/instructions, take daily walks and grooming (as needed). I strive to create a safe and fun atmosphere for everyone involved in my care.

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and I currently have a fur baby now! She’s super friendly and lovable and loves all animals! She means the world to me and I love taking her outside for walks in to get fresh air. I can’t wait to meet and care for your fur baby! I do have a full-time job but morning walks and feeding are in routine for the morning, afternoon, and nighttime as well. My dog loves to play after I get home from work so that is something they can do together as well. Any daily care or routine can be worked out! I do not have a fenced in yard, but I can take your dog on multiple walks throughout the day. I also have a dog who can keep your animal company and I also have a cage if you would like them to be crated if needed.

About: Besides years of experience with my own pets at home (including but not limited to my dog, guinea pig, fish, bunny, turtle, and more), I have over a year experience dealing with a variety of dogs and cats as an intern at Westwood Regional Veterinary hospital. About: Zoology background, rainforest fieldwork, and long-term experience with 8+ dog breeds and multiple other species. My care blends science, heart, and hands-on skill across species, ages, and personalities. I own a German Shepard and an Olde English Bulldog. We are a very active household. We go on multiple long walks a day. We also do a lot of outdoor activities such as hiking and swimming. I also actively take care of their hygiene daily. My German Shepard gets brushed and wiped everyday and my Olde English gets wiped every day along with the care for her wrinkles. They both get a bath at least once a week and paws are cleaned upon every entry to the house. I make sure all animals in my care are always safely taken care of in my company. No pet shall be off a leash, even in fenced in areas where we may not know other pets. I make sure I never put pets in any situations that can scare or harm them. I stick to required dietary restrictions. I also follow all rules and regulations put in place by pet owners. I always make sure pets receive the absolute best care they can.

About: I have had dogs since I was born in 1960, my little Lab, Rocky then he was joined with our German Shepherd ,Dutch. I have always connected with dogs. Over the years there was Shepherd mix sisters, Baby, Tammy, Fared and Dutchess. In the group was also my mom's English Sheep dog named Charlie and now my daughter's little guy, Rudy. All of them were loved so much. More recent my Dachshund Bella of 12 1/2 yrs . My sweat heart crossed the Rainbow bridge July 29, 2022 at 12:35 am. She had liver issue and it broke my heart. I cared for her those last months and she was never in pain and lived five months longer then the Vet said. Bella passed with me at home in her favorite place on my sofa, I was there, right there with her. I was a mess but I am convinced 3 1/2 months later Bella sent Junior to me from a rescue as a scared 50 lb American Bully Pitty mix. He is 9 yrs old now and recently nursed him back to health from a reaction to cytopoint allergy shot May 28th 2025. I had to teach him to eat and drink and even walk again and with constant support of Vet emergency office (not the vet that gave him the shot) He is fantastic now. After his bland diet of a few weeks I started him on non-kibble food because I do not want to chance another reaction to cytopoint in January. So far he is more alert and less anxious. I am semi-retired and want to do something but not hard physical stuff of the past and desire to do what I love , care for animals and get paid for it and have no stress to really enjoy mowing and weed wack my lawn and gardening. Also , get back to studying foreign languages like Spanish, Italian and French. Don't test me, not that good yet. As I mentioned how I took care of Junior who is doing great ( doesn't get along with other dogs ) and Bella .I also wash Junior's paws after every walk to get residue off him. Do my part to push back against his allergy. I would be happy to rinse your dogs paws off after a walk. Just a damp cloth and dry. I travel with them.. just an idea for you to think about.

About: I’ve taken care of my friend small and medium sized dogs when they are away for vacation and I always send them updates of how their pets are doing. Having to show the best experience of me being their dog sitter, they referred me to other friends of theirs to have me watch their pets while they are working or away. I’m currently working remotely F/T but can be available on my lunch breaks and on weekdays after 5 pm and weekends anytime of the day I have a spacious apartment with my 10 year old friendly Pomeranian who can keep your fur baby company. I make sure they are fed and walked as needed. I always like to keep the pet owner updated on their fur babies day to day activities so they have a peace of mind when they are taken care of.

About: I'm originally from Bolivia, and animals have given my life a deep sense of purpose. At 15, I rescued my first dog. Sadly, I couldn’t save him — but that moment changed my life. I promised myself I would help as many animals as I could. Since then, I’ve rescued and rehomed over 70 stray animals, two now live in Virginia, and five are still with my family in Bolivia. Through this journey, I’ve cared for animals in critical physical and emotional conditions — including senior dogs needing special medical care, mothers with puppies, and dogs with disabilities. This experience has given me deep knowledge of comprehensive animal care and a strong sense of empathy and patience. I also studied tourism and launched a pet-friendly travel business in Bolivia, planning and leading unforgettable 2–3 day trips with up to 25 dogs. I have strong experience managing groups of dogs in large, open spaces such as hiking trails, green parks, and even on buses during transport. These adventures were designed to create joyful, safe, and enriching experiences for both pets and people. Although I currently can’t have pets at home due to housing restrictions, animals remain at the center of my heart. Working with them allows me to stay connected to what brings me the most happiness. I offer care rooted in real experience, deep compassion, and a lifelong love for these incredible beings. I’m currently studying as I prepare to begin a career in education, so my schedule is very flexible and allows me to accommodate last-minute calls or changes. At the moment, I’m unable to care for pets in my home due to housing restrictions. However, I’m fully available to care for pets in my clients’ homes or during walks and drop-in visits.
