Theresa responded to my request within less than a minute, and was at my house walking my dog in less than an hour. Keep in mind, my dog is a very nervous rescue, so it can be tricky to get her harness on but Theresa is so gentle and understanding with her. She took my pup for a walk and got her to go potty and stretch her legs so now I don’t have to spend all day worried about my pup. I cannot recommend Theresa enough!!! She is the BEST!!!”

As always, Taylor was excellent with my two fur babies, even if one of them never came out from under the bed. The other one was always out and about and very much appreciated the extra love! When the litter-robot broke down, Taylor was in chat with me trying to get it working again, even tho I was half-way across the world. Extra kudos for going the extra mile!

Katie did a fantastic job caring for our two dogs. She was 100% reliable, prompt, and followed all of our instructions “to a T”. But most importantly, the dogs absolutely loved her — and that is saying a lot because they are both rescues (of course!) and our boy is actually very fearful and timid around new people. It was clear from the first meeting that Katie knows how to read canine body language and win over even scared or wary dogs. I felt totally comfortable leaving my babies in her capable hands, and she did not disappoint. She also assisted with the senior paraplegic foster dog we were caring for at the time of her visits, and was very capable of helping him to stand up and go potty using his special back-end lift harness, which can be a challenge for some people to get used to. In general, Katie went above and beyond and was super flexible and willing to accommodate our somewhat unusual needs. I wholeheartedly recommend her, as a loving, gentle, responsible and fully competent caretaker for dogs or cats of all ages, temperaments, and sizes. This is the pet sitter you want when only the best will do for your beloved four-legged family members!!
