About: I have cared for my family's dog from the time I was 10 years old. I feed and walk her daily, and am responsible for ensuring she receives grooming services and veterinary care. I love spending time with my dog, Emme; but have also spent a significant time walking dogs in the neighborhood on the side. My availability: Fridays (after 6pm), Saturdays, & Sundays. I am availability for dog-walking services from morning to evening. Text communication is preferred when discussing specific hours & other details. Kayla is awesome! I had to leave town and my cat suddenly developed some eye issues. She only has one eye and had health problems in the past which almost caused her to lose it. Seeing it flare up at the last minute made me super worried, and I just happened to find Kayla on rover. When I saw she had a veterinary experience, I messaged her very late that night to see if she could squeeze me in. Jorden has taken care of my dog and cat many times now for various weekend trips and my longest two week vacation. She has always been readily available and great with the animals. My dog is a big German shepherd and she handles him with ease and even does his eye drops twice daily. Jorden is very reliable and will always be my go-to sitter.
Kailey was a great sitter for my two cats. Someone who’s was supposed to take care of my cats bailed out, so it was a last minute call to find a cat sitter. I remember contacting Kailey before but her schedule didn’t work for us. Thank God this time she was available and my instinct was not wrong. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
