About: I’m a caring and responsible pet lover with experience caring for cats, dogs, and lizards. I have two cats myself🐱. While I’m new to Rover, I regularly help my mom with her Rover pet sitting clients, which has given me hands on experience with feeding, playtime, walks, cleaning, and ensuring all pets feel safe and comfortable. About: I’ve grown up with 3 pups of my own who are back home in Philadelphia while I’m in medical school! About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and have loved and cared for dogs since I was a little boy. Animals have always been an important part of my life, and over the years I’ve gained hands-on experience caring for many different types of pets. I grew up with dogs, including my German Shepherd, who was part of our family for an incredible 18 years. Caring for her throughout every stage of her life taught me a lot about the responsibility, patience, compassion, and commitment that come with caring for an animal. My experience goes far beyond dogs. Over the years, I’ve cared for cats, rabbits, fish, birds, and many other animals. Chante is wonderful!! She took such excellent care of our cat while we were away and she was extremely communicative and kind. Our cat was prescribed 2x a day medications immediately before our trip, and Chante very generously accommodated us on very short notice when we asked if this was something she could do. It was a relief knowing our kitten was in such great hands! I would not hesitate to recommend Chante. She really went above and beyond for us and our cat adored her.

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
