Chante is amazing. She stayed in our home and took care of our two dogs for the first time, while we were out of the country for 11 days. Right from the start, she was professional, responsible and focussed on our needs and those of our dogs. She came for not one, but two pre trip meetings, where she met the dogs, introduced her dog to ours, walked them and discusses all the details of care. Our dogs are older, with feeding and medicine needs and Chante took care of all that without any problems. She was very loving to the dogs and kept us informed the whole time we were away, with texts, pics and videos. We came home to find our house perfectly clean, and our dogs perfectly cared for and happy! We could not be more thrilled with Chante! We are so happy to have found her and will be using her whenever we have doggy care needs. Thanks for everything, Chante!

I booked house sitting because both of my dogs are disabled and require consistent, attentive care. One is blind and the other has no teeth, which was clearly communicated in advance. The sitter was scheduled to arrive between 3–4 PM and did not arrive until around 10 PM, after repeatedly stating she would be there in “20 minutes.” Once she did arrive, she stayed overnight but then left again around 8 AM and was gone the entire day, not returning until close to 10 PM that night. This did not align with the expectations of a house sitting booking and felt more like inconsistent drop-ins. Communication was vague and unreliable, and at one point concerns were brushed off with comments like “it’s a Friday,” which felt unprofessional given this was a paid service and I was already out of town. This situation caused significant stress, and I ultimately had to involve Rover support to arrange a replacement sitter to ensure my dogs were properly cared for. I would not recommend this sitter, especially for owners of senior, disabled, or special-needs pets who require reliable, continuous care.

Chante is wonderful!! She took such excellent care of our cat while we were away and she was extremely communicative and kind. Our cat was prescribed 2x a day medications immediately before our trip, and Chante very generously accommodated us on very short notice when we asked if this was something she could do. It was a relief knowing our kitten was in such great hands! I would not hesitate to recommend Chante. She really went above and beyond for us and our cat adored her.

Chante was great! She gave us plenty of feedback and photo E’s and was flexible when we requested changes in her sit. I would definitely book with her again!

Excellent sitter incredibly caring in detail my dogs loved having her around. Also incredibly flexible after our flight was canceled. She was able to watch them an extra day so thankful to have her.
