I have already left a review for Crystal. Fawn-z likes her. He seems to respond to Crystal favorably. He appears to be happy once we get home. Our house is neat and clean; the same way we left it is how it looks when we get back home. Crystal is trustworthy. She loves and respects animals. You can't ask for better than that from a pet sitter. We are thrilled that we found Crystal and that Fawn-z feels comfortable with her. He's the judge and he definitely gives her a well-deserved 5-star rating.

This is the first time we were entrusting someone new to pet sit for Fawn-z. I instinctively chose Crystal from the profiles on the website. When she came to our house for a meet and greet Fawn-z responded favorably to her. He chose her after Fawn-z met 3 pet sitters from other companies. Crystal had a tall order to get used to Fawn-z's routine and the other little things for his comfort and well being. She really stepped up to the plate to accommodate my anxiety leaving "our boy" with someone new for 11 days. Crystal took 75 photos in 11 days! It gave us a story of how Fawn-z was responding to Crystal. He looked calm and so content. He even licked her hand and he never does that to anyone except to me! Amazing! We were pleased to see the way Crystal approached Fawn-z on the first day when he hid under my bed. When we got home Fawn-z looked well fed and in happy spirits. That's a positive testimony of Crystal's care for him. As well, it was obvious that Crystal did well in administering his medication twice a day. I set up a written schedule for Crystal, which I thought would be helpful given it was her first time taking care of Fawn-z. She duly initialed the tasks voluntarily after each one was completed. I didn't even ask her to do that. The bonus, Crystal kept our house as impeccable as it was when we left. We are thrilled that Fawn-z and Crystal bonded. She made the whole new process easy for us. Thank you Crystal for being diligent with Fawn-z and patient with me. What a great match. Fawn-z will see you again on August 5, 2026.

Crystal took the best care of our 2 fur babies while we were on vacation. She had the special touch and our pups warmed right up to her. Crystal communicated daily and let me know that my babies were doing well. I love being kept in touch with in real time and Crystal nailed it! We will definitely be working with Crystal for all future needs.

My dog Gabby loves Crystal so much and she is so sweet and carrying.

Crystal is amazing cat sitter! My cat was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for when I got home. Great communication and lots of updates. I’d absolutely book again. :)
