When on vacation, I tend to “over worry” about our cats’ welfare. I also need to know they are being supported emotionally and have daily playtime. Caroline hoes beyond expectations and her services allow me to actually relax and enjoy my time away. Additionally, Caroline handles the administering of medications when needed and our Cats seem to love her! My family HIGHLY recommends Caroline to anyone who really cares for their pets. No areas for improvement that we can think of, A+ service and professionalism.
Crystal-Ann did an amazing job. She came for multiple visits always on time. I was stressed to leave my dogs over the holiday, but after the first day and having Crystal-Ann's updates I was able to truly enjoy my trip.
