They came home and acted like they did not notice any change. We used to left them in vets office where they were caged for the most part, so it was always adjustment to come from there. With Luz they were allowed to be around the house free. Still had their cage for feeling secure. Just like at home. We loved the experience and we would recommend Luz's house for any pet owner. About: I have watched several different breeds from all age ranges. Some have needed special foods, medication, and routines that I have accommodated for. I have taken care of small to large sized dogs. For cats I have a history of taking care of them. I work part time so I have availability. I can let them out to walk every 4-5 hours, can mostly fit my schedule to your needs. I provide pets with fresh food and water, regular exercise and playtime, a clean and safe environment, and plenty of attention. In a client’s home I follow their care instructions closely, including schedules, medication, walks, litter box or cage cleaning. Overall just keeping the pet comfortable when boarding or doing a drop-in visit. As for just walking I like to keep the dog leashed, give them 20-30 minutes of exercise, or longer like 45 for more high energy dogs.

“Our mishka cat fell in love with Adriana! Even 2 weeks later the cat is still meowing at the door and running to the couch waiting for her brushing. This was our first time going away without Mishka and Adriana calmed us by sending daily photos and videos each time she came to visit. She took garbage/recycling out and even brought in packages while we were away. She also was super diligent about putting Mishka's meds in her food and confirmed what out cat needed while we were away. About: I’ve taken care of pets of all kinds since I was very young. Growing up in a family that always had a dog around, and taking care of family and neighbors pets while they were on vacation has given me a lot of experience. As an adult, I’ve always had pets of my own. I currently work full time as a teacher, and I will take dogs for a walk in the morning before leaving to work. I am usually home at 3:15 pm, easily providing them another break as soon as I get home. During the summer and on holidays, I am home all day. I live in a townhouse without a fenced yard, but I provide walks to the animals I am carrying for every 2-3 hours. I can also accommodate small pets that are used to using a wee wee pad. I have plenty of room inside for pets to play.

About: I have worked with and been around all kinds of pets my entire life. I have owned many different kinds of dogs including high energy breeds. My father uses cocker spaniels, brittanys, and labradors to hunt. When he wasn't hunting with them, I trained and took care of them. We even bred out labradors. I also have a good amount of experience with cats and a great deal of experience with horses. I know horses have nothing to do with this, BUT if I can take care of a half ton heard animal I can definitely handle your high energy doodle! At the moment, I am very free to take care of your pet everyday. Once a day tues-sun i have to go to the barn to ride my horses. I wont be gone more than 4 hours to do that. My days will get busier around fall and I am occasionally away at horse shows. I live in a cozy yet spacious apartment. Kept organized and clean. Perfect for cats or the mild energy dog. I dont have a fenced yard so if your dog needs free range that is something i cant provide day to day. But I can always bring them to dog parks or sniff spots if that is something you would like. I can provide twice daily walks or more if needed. *********IMPORTANT: My dog (Luca) is susceptible to parasites, especially giardia. He is on preventative and has all his vaccinations , but I cannot allow or take on UNVACCINATED or UNPROTECTED pets. If your dog is vomiting or has loose stool and diarrhea, please contact your vet because they could be a great danger to others they may encounter.
