About: I currently work at a dog kennel in San Luis Obispo. I volunteer at the department of animal services and walk dogs that are available for adoption and I’ve worked in 3 different veterinary hospitals I have a part time job in San Luis Obispo , so I’m available in the afternoons and evenings. My days off are usually pretty open. I have 2 fenced in patios. So pets can go outside and be protected. My personal cat is able to go outside and get some sun.

About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was 15. Comfortable with all size dogs, cats and horses. Experienced in some training, medications and care. Very reliable and excellent house guest. I’m currently focusing on just pet sitting and dog walking. The only time I need to be away is if I have a previous dog walking appointment. I come and stay at your home, or drop by, if that is your preference. I’m very conscientious of your pet’s routine to keep them as comfortable as possible. I’m also an excellent house guest.

About: Looking for opportunities to walk and play with dogs and to be ignored by cats. All will get tender care. Senior care, adult, puppy/kitten attention. To provide care consistent with what you want for your beloved companions My schedule is flexible and can accommodate planned and short notice pet/companion care visits. Your companions will have my full attention with visits and walks. My two beloved cats are indoor only. Love being brushed and to play with their toys. My dogs were always secured in a fenced yard and monitored while outside. Walks, fetch, floor play with their toys. Lots of love for all just hanging out with them.

About: I used to take care of my family dog until he passed! I have about 4 years experience of dog sitting for others and dog walking for others (-: I am a student with a flexible schedule because of online classes. (-: im usually busy every Friday for my Dr. appointments, but I can make time for you! I have a fenced yard, two sun rooms that can be private, and i have a big back yard! i live next to mitchell park and its the best spot to take pups!

I worked at an animal sanctuary for 5 years and I’m now a baker in Cayucos. I have experience with all kinds of animals! About: I’ve handled dogs and cats all my life and I can say with certainty that I bring comfort peace and joy to all animals I’ve interacted with. I love older dogs and cats as much as younger ones and I don’t mind putting in extra work to those that need my help a little more than others. I have a few classes through the week but I can definitely work around my schedule to ensure your babies get the love and care they need. We can also talk about a set schedule to best accommodate you and your pets. I care for my pets and others by making them feel comfortable in their own environment. I can bring a calming presence to any anxious fur baby and make sure they are happy and well cared for.

About: I grew up with dogs my whole life, and have always been a big dog lover of all shapes, sizes, and breeds! I frequently pet-sit for my friends and family, including exuberant young puppies, gentle older dogs, cautious reactive dogs, and anything in between. I love to play with and walk dogs at their own pace and preference, and am happy to help support and reinforce your training plans and pet rules. I have been an elementary teacher for just over a decade and am taking some time off, so my schedule is very flexible, and I would love to fill it with helping care for dogs in our community! About: I've adopted many cats over the years, and have turned a feral cat into one of the sweetest indoor cats. I have had a few years experience volunteering in an animal shelter, taking care of dogs and cats. I love all dogs and cats and will care for your pets as if they're my own children. I work full-time, but have joined Rover because I really love dogs and cats. I am available all day Saturday and morning and early afternoon Sunday, When I take care of your pet, you can rest assured that your dog or cat is in good hands and will be treated with love.

About: Hi! My name is Yujin Emily and I am passionate about caring for animals. My own dog, Mae, is a lovable and unique little beast! I don’t get to see her so often anymore, and really miss taking care of a furry friend. I have interacted with dogs of all temperaments and can understand what it’s like to care for a sensitive pet. Let me know in particular if your pet has any unique qualities and I will cater my care to them! I work overnight but am available throughout the day for walks and day-sits! My shifts are generally Friday night through Sunday morning, but I am available for house/overnight dog-sitting throughout the week. I do not have the space in my own place to board pets (unfortunately) but have experienced shadowing other dog-sitters, as well as long-term house-stays and pet-sits. I am conscientious and respectful of the pet and owner’s needs and preferences first.

About: Growing up with horses, I developed my passion for animals at a young age. I ran a petsitting business for 7 years in Charlotte, NC and am aiming to get started again here on the Central Coast! Experience includes house sitting, livestock care, dog walking, and drop-in care. I do currently work full-time 12 hour shifts Monday through Thursday. I am available in the evenings from 5 to 10 still. Fridays through Sunday are fully available. For seven years, I provided house sitting for many repeat customers that travelled often and for extended periods for work. I have also worked on various horse farms. I've grown up surrounded by dogs, cats, horses, fish, and chickens, which has given me years of hands-on experience caring for animals. This has made me comfortable with pets of all different sizes, personalities, energy levels, and needs. Along with my personal experience, studying Animal Science has given me a stronger foundation in animal health, behavior, handling, and proper care. I'm extremely comfortable with feeding, walking, following medication instructions, maintaining routines, and giving pets plenty of attention while their owners are away. I know that every pet is different, so I make an effort to learn their individual routines and personalities rather than treating every animal the same. I pay close attention to changes in behavior and well-being, and I'm very detail-oriented when following owner instructions to ensure you know your pet is in great hands while you're away. Most importantly, I genuinely love animals and understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else's care. I'll treat your pets with the same attention, patience, and care that I give my own animals. I would love the opportunity to meet you and your pets! As a college student, my schedule gives me plenty of flexibility throughout the week to fit pet care into my daily routine. I’m able to plan walks, drop-in visits, feeding times, and overnight care around my classes, and I’m happy to work with each pet’s normal schedule as much as possible. I spend a lot of my free time around animals already, so incorporating pet care into my day comes naturally to me. When caring for pets in a client’s home, my priority is making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and as close to their normal routine as possible. I carefully follow all owner instructions regarding feeding, walks, medications, exercise, and any household rules or preferences. I also make sure doors, gates, leashes, and other areas are secure before letting pets outside or leaving the home. I understand that being trusted with both someone’s pet and their home is a big responsibility. I’m respectful of each client’s space and will always leave their home just as I found it. I also pay close attention to each pet’s behavior and well-being and will communicate with owners if I notice anything unusual.
