“Between my two dogs and three cats, my household is a tough situation for a pet sitter to deal with. Add to that the fact my animals are my kids and I’m retired so I spend a lot of my time focused on them! So I guess you can say my pets and myself are high maintenance! But Jan was so friendly and conscientious and my animals and I liked her from the start! I definitely would like to book her again if she’s willing to deal with all of us!!!!”

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, from small to large breeds. I’m dependable, attentive, and genuinely love caring for pets like they’re family. I work with a flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention, walks, playtime, and companionship throughout the day and week. I genuinely enjoy being around animals and making sure they feel comfortable, cared for, and loved while their owners are away. Whether a pet is energetic and playful or more relaxed and routine-oriented, I’m happy to adapt to their individual needs. I follow each pet’s routine closely to help them feel comfortable and safe. I pay attention to feeding schedules, walks, medications, and behavior, and I provide lots of care, patience, and attention.
About: I have years of hands-on experience caring for pets with different needs—from energetic puppies to older dogs needing gentle walks or medication. I’m attentive, calm, and detail-oriented, making sure every pet feels secure and loved while you’re away. You can count on me for reliable communication and genuine care every time. I'm currently working a part time job and available anytime after 4pm on Sundays and anytime before 4pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and free the rest of the week and very flexible on any time you need. My own two dogs, two decently sized border collies, one very energetic, one lazy, who have a whole backyard to themselves along with a kennel in the garage connected by a doggy door to the backyard! I feed them two times a day and walk them at least once a day, and constantly check their water bowls.
“Kayla was great with my babies. She communicated well and kept me informed about when she would not be with them. I appreciate her care and affection toward them and will absolutely book with her again in the future. Thank you so much Kayla for keeping my babies company and loving on them while I was away.”

“This was the first time leaving my 7-mo old kitten Toulouse alone for an extended period of time and I was a bit of a nervous Mom. Andrew is an obvious animal-lover and was responsive to any questions I had both before and during my trip away. He looked after her and my house well, and was patient with her friskiness. He even brought over his own cat toys so she could have new things to play with. Definitely a reliable pet-sitter for your needs.”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my hands on experience caring for pets at all life stages. I have an 8-year-old dog and two cats (8 and 7 years old), and I’ve had all of them since they were babies, so I’ve experienced puppy and kitten care as well as adult and senior routines. I’m attentive, responsible, and consistent with feeding, routines, and recognizing their needs. I also have some experience with basic training from raising my dog, and I’m comfortable caring for both energetic and more relaxed pets. Since I’m very active, I also enjoy taking dogs on walks, hikes, and runs, making sure they get plenty of exercise and attention while feeling safe and cared for. I have a flexible and active schedule, and I genuinely enjoy having pets as part of my day rather than something I have to “fit in.” As a pet caregiver, I offer in client's home services.I provide a safe and comfortable environment for pets to play, rest, and interact with other animals. I follow their routine and provide them with the same level of care and attention they receive from their owners. When caring for pets in the client's home, I ensure that their environment is clean, secure, and comfortable. I follow their schedule and routine as closely as possible, including feeding times, exercise, and playtime.
“Makaela is terrific to work with and we were able to create a schedule that fit my family’s weekend of events in Cayucos. I wish she lived in Los Angeles. Roxie and I thank Makaela!”

“Josie was so so great!!!! Last minute panic for someone to watch our guy. She communicated so well and we felt very comfortable with her at our house and with our baby boy who requires a lot of love!!! Will definitely use her again for puppy care!!!!!! Thank you Josie!!”

“Riley is a great sitter and utmost professional! She is the most communicative of all sitters, sending plenty of messages in preparation to take on a new client, during her visit with regular updates, photos, and thoughtful messages, and when her visits are done. It is so evident she cares about doing a great job and she genuinely cares about my dog. She is accommodating and creative to make time to care in her busy schedule. She is highly accountable to the commitments she makes, super punctual and responsive.”

“Mindy is amazing! She’s taken care of our dog (and house sit) twice. Not only is she great with our pup, but she also leaves our place clean and organized. It never feels like someone has been staying in our house when we get home. We’ll continue having Mindy watch our dog and stay in our home!”

About: Been around dogs my whole life! Have had my own golden a little over a year ago now so am well versed with puppy behavior and training. I love to stay active and used to bring my dog on hikes, play tug of war and go on long walks so if that sounds like something your dog would love the I’m your girl! Currently have full availability on weekends and after 6 PM on weekdays. Love to stay active and do lots of fun enrichment activities but also love a long mellow walk! I live in an area with a common area but am also really close to lots of great walks and hikes to walk and or go play some fetch!
“Forest was great with my dogs and housesitting. He provided frequent updates and was able to handle my dogs 4 different types of medications. I would definitely have him watch my boys again and highly recommend him.”

“Cami is a true professional! Provided multiple meet-and-greet times even during the holidays, ensured she knew what was required, and communicated with us throughout her stay. She sat for our dog as well as my in-laws’ 3 dogs who were staying with us — 4 is a lot to handle, but she did it with aplomb!”

About: I have watched multiple ages of dogs! Some middle aged, all the way to 5 months! I love going on walks and will be happy to have a furry friend to join me. I have helped clean up after them, feeding, grooming, and just hanging out with them! I am a college student but have complete access to a car! I can stay overnight, I can get up early, stay late or even pop in to the house to make sure they get lunch! I will meet their expectations. I couldn't just go over to a clients house and just feed a dog. I would feed them, play with them, etc.
“Katie was fantastic. We needed someone within the week and she booked a meet and greet asap and was ready to watch our boys. She took great care of our 2 dogs and our house. Our 1 dog is an angel but the other is a bit mischievous and can be a handful and she handled him effortlessly. We felt fully at peace while away knowing she was taking care of our dogs. 10/10 will be reaching out to her the next time we need a sitter here in a few weeks.”

“What a great dog sitter Joshuah was. It's so hard to leave and feel comfortable with my time away but Joshuah was perfect. He responded promptly every time I sent a message I appreciated that! I felt very comfortable with him here in my house for 5 nights...pictures daily”

“Erin is a doll. She was very good with my puppy ... understands that you don't reward a dog misbehaving by showing affection. He wanted to be picked up and she waited until he calmed down. Young, but wise beyond her years. She's smart, reasonable and very polite. GR8 FIND!”

About: I love hanging out with dogs while their parents parents are away! I am a big hiker, so on the weekends I love taking the dogs out for a hike/long walks and even the beach if allowed! I currently work 8-5 with occasional early entry at 6am. Weekends I am free, and evenings I am free. I am typically active early in the morning, able to feed and walk in the mornings and afternoons. I typically like to pet sit at the owners home to make the time away from the pets parents as seamless as possible! I am incredible respectful of other peoples homes and incredibly clean and tidy.
“Kiana was awesome! She is clearly not just a dog liker, she is a dog LOVER. She gave great updates and communicated often, and we came home to a tidy house and a happy dog.”

Atticus was absolutely incredible staying with our golden retriever & cat while we were out of town for a few nights. Both pets looked completely at ease & happy while we were away, & were in good spirits when we returned from our trip. We received amazing detailed nightly updates of how they both were doing with photos. Highly recommend Atticus as a trusted house/pet sitter knowing your home, & pets will be in good hands. Thank you so much, we truly appreciate you!!!

Taylor was very attentive and communicative. He asked questions as needed and kept me updated. He made plans to spend some time with my cats earlier than we had originally scheduled because he had to work in the evening. This extra thought and care was very appreciated. I will absolutely book with him again. My boys seemed very content when I got home so he definitely did a great job caring for them.
