She has a warm, friendly personality and was incredibly easygoing and accommodating throughout the entire experience. Our Pom, who is usually hesitant around new people, was a bit shy at first but quickly warmed up to her and felt comfortable. It gave us such peace of mind knowing our pup was in great hands. Carlos was prompt in responding to my questions and came out ahead of time to meet my dogs who I had not left with anyone before to make sure they would be a good fit.
