About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was 15. Comfortable with all size dogs, cats and horses. Experienced in some training, medications and care. Very reliable and excellent house guest. I’m currently focusing on just pet sitting and dog walking. The only time I need to be away is if I have a previous dog walking appointment. I come and stay at your home, or drop by, if that is your preference. I’m very conscientious of your pet’s routine to keep them as comfortable as possible. I’m also an excellent house guest.

About: For as long as I can remember, I have been around animals. From rescuing and taking in strays with my mom to taking care of our 6 crazy doggos, animals hold a big place in my heart. Now, I try to spend my time filling the void while I am away from home, and hope to make and meet as many furry friends as I can. I am well experienced in animal care with large and small pets, and have past experiences in dog obedience. I love to hike and take the scenic routes, and I never run out of energy! I can’t wait to meet you and more importantly your pup! I’m currently in school, but my schedule is very manageable and easy to work around. I have ample amounts of free time during mornings. As well as evenings, on select days, right after your pups dinner time and just before sunsets! Now believe me when I say this, I know how much your pet means to you. They are not just our pets, they are our family. And I know just how scary it can be to trust others with your pet. But with that in mind, know that when your pet is with me, I treat them like they are my own. By providing endless love and protection, your pet is always in safe hands.

“Pauline (and Richard) were so easy to reach and while she was staying at our house we setup a WhatsApp so we could communicate and get pics from abroad! Olive (Doberman) just Loved her from the first moment they met and thru the entire stay. She had loads of exercise and walks and Pauline easily controlled her with the horses and chickens. Pauline learned how to care for a complicated property and when we returned we could not tell at all that they were staying here. We highly recommend Pauline without reservation! About: Growing up with horses, I developed my passion for animals at a young age. I ran a petsitting business for 7 years in Charlotte, NC and am aiming to get started again here on the Central Coast! Experience includes house sitting, livestock care, dog walking, and drop-in care. I do currently work full-time 12 hour shifts Monday through Thursday. I am available in the evenings from 5 to 10 still. Fridays through Sunday are fully available. For seven years, I provided house sitting for many repeat customers that travelled often and for extended periods for work. I have also worked on various horse farms. My breadth of experience allowed me to be flexible with any accommodations you may have. I do have a my dog, Coco, that likes to join along but this is not a requirement.

I work remotely Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., which allows me to be home with your pet throughout the day. Because I’m home during the workday, your pet will not be left alone for long periods. I’m also available for overnight care, evenings, and weekends, depending on my schedule. I live in a quiet neighborhood with several safe and enjoyable walking routes nearby. My two-bedroom apartment provides a calm, comfortable environment, and I have a fenced back patio that is perfect for supervised sunbathing, fresh air, and naps. My home also has air conditioning to keep pets comfortable during warmer weather, and there are multiple parks less than five minutes away for walks and outdoor time. I carefully follow each pet parent’s instructions, including feeding schedules, walk routines, medication directions, household rules, and any special care needs. Whether I’m caring for a pet in my home or theirs, I prioritize safety, consistency, cleanliness, and regular communication. I also provide updates and photos so pet parents can feel confident that their pet is comfortable and well cared for.
