“Felt like I was leaving the kittens with family. Melissa is very detail orientated and equally kind and caring. She took time to let our girls be themselves (one likes to be more outside and the other outside) and to care for them like they were her own. She also brought in our mail and let our home just like we left it for her. So appreciative of her time spent with our pets. It’s always hard to leave your home and animals and trust that someone will treat your home and pets as you would. If you want that type of care, Melissa is your sitter. We are looking forward to working with her again soon! Thank you Melissa!”

I live on property so sometimes I’ll just walk them here or we will go and explore the local beaches. I like being able to get exercise but also have a companion with me. For clients I would like to do whatever they ask me to do. if that means going to the dog park or going on a hike, I am down to do whatever.

About: Getting to know each furry-one’s personality is foundational to providing personalized care. Whether your pet is playful, curious, cautious, mischievous, or lazy, I'll get to know their quirks and make sure they are purring or wagging their tails when you get home! Keep reading for dog care, and for cats click on ‘View fill cat experience’ below. From growing up with ranch dogs to walking neighborhood dogs, spending time with dogs has always been a treat! Caring for your precious pup through play time, walks (with your permission), meals, and scratches behind the ear would be my honor. Experience includes caring for outdoor and indoor dogs in an array of sizes, ages, and energy with delightfully unique personalities and play preferences. Evenings and weekends are best for shorter visits when you're out to dinner, on a day trip, or celebrating away from home. For longer overnight care in your home, I'm typically available to care for your furry loved-one from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. Monday - Friday, and most of the day on Saturdays and Sunday. When in your home, I will treat your pet and your space with respect. This includes following all your house rules such as no dogs on the couch, no cats on the counter, shoes off in your home, etc. Creating normalcy in behavior is important for your furry loved-one to know they are safe and for you to know that bad habits won't be encouraged.
“Michelle is awesome and was great with my dog. She sent photos while I was out and kindly stayed an extra half hour. I’m so glad she was available when I needed a sitter. 10/10!”

“With super short notice too, and at a super busy and stressful moment for me, Colleen made me feel so at ease and made sure my pup was safe and happy! He had just gotten surgery, and I had a pop up work event and personal stuff happening, and I was full able to trust her to give my Max his meds and make sure he was staying safe. Thank you so much Colleen! If I need someone I know who to call!”

“Forest was great! He quickly befriended my kitties and took excellent care of them with his daily drop ins. The daily photos were perfect and he kept me informed of everything. I’ll definitely be rebooking!”

“Makaela took great care of our two dogs and sent daily updates and photos during feeding times and walks so we knew they were doing well while we were gone. We left specific feeding instructions for our picky eater and he seemed to be well fed when we got home. Would definitely engage Makaela if we have future pet sitting needs.”

About: I work FT, weekdays 7:30am-4:30pm, but available all other hours, and all weekend. I'm in Morro Bay, an Oregonian import, and living on a sailboat. If you don't want your dog on the water, no problem, we'll go to the beach, hikes, and dog parks. I'm happy to spend all my time with dogs, hence the low low rates. I don't mind lazy dogs, especially if house sitting, but I'd prefer the owners who want there dog to get as much fun and attention as we can so we can both be active together. I have had a dog in my life for over 30 years, I recently volunteered at a Malaysian Dog rescue (cared for 13 feral pooches). My former partner was a dog trainer (so I have extensive knowledge in the field and back up advice on hand) and our dog was a service dog that we trained. Dogs naturally like me, and I'm able to lure even the most timid dogs by way of patient and persistent love. That's why they always eventually trust me, because I genuinely love them. All of them (bad repped too, most of my dogs have been pit mixes). I'm also a great fixer and handyman if needed. Weekends are wide open, Week nights too, but weekdays I work 7-5. Weekends are wide open, Week nights are too, but weekdays I work 7-5. I'm on a sailboat, so if its home stay, pooch needs to be able to be lifted (under 60lbs). Otherwise there will be minivan rides, walks, or park play.
About: I have such a deep love and appreciation for animals, dogs and cats are the most precious beautiful little creatures. I love hanging out with them, I love going on walks, playing and doing any activities with them! I have a senior dog who needs a lot of extra attention, like helping him up the steps and a lot of medications. I also have experience with the energetic needs of a younger puppy, and everything in between! I am in school full time. I can care for your babies before school earlier in the mornings and in the afternoon during the week. On weekends I can hang out with them as much as needed! I live in an environment where I cannot take in any pets. I can leave to spend time with your pets and care for them however they need in their own environment!
“Cami was so excellent with my sweet kitty Lucy - incredibly accommodating with my last-minute requests, and so attentive to Lucy’s needs. I returned to a really content cat which is all I could ask for!”

“Kim is so amazing. She is always enthusiastic and truly loves our Bentley and was great with our foster, Poppy! Whenever I use Rover I contact her first, she’s amazing!!”
