2. Trisha L.
“Trisha grew up with dogs and has always been a caring, responsible, and FUN companion to them. She will go to great lengths to ensure that someone else's pet feels safe and loved. I have always felt confident leaving my dog in her care, and it's apparent that my dog is thrilled every time she sees Trisha.”
3. Mindy S.
“Mindy was very professional and came by for a meet and greet with us prior to our trip. She checked in on the cats daily for three days, fed them wet food, cleared the litter boxes and played with the cats. She was communicative and made us feel that our cats were taken care of. We would recommend Mindy for any check in needs. Thanks Mindy!”
4. Mandy W.
About: My dog, Blue (aka Bluebeans, Bluebees, Weasel, My little sand monster) is my whole world. We both love long beach walks, belly rubs, and homemade treats, and naps on the cool tile in the yard. We also both love having guests, so come join us! 15+ years of dog care, including everything from raising a litter of puppies, training two of my own dogs, and senior dog care. I recently got my graduate degree and I'm job searching so my schedule is very flexible depending on your pup's needs. Blue and I typically go to the beach in the morning, take walks throughout the day, and a short hike around sunset. We're very active! I have large house with a grassy yard and fenced-in garden. Dogs are allowed on all furniture and my bed is big enough for myself, Blue, and a few furry friends! I also have a reliable car and can come to you. We are open to boarding in your home as long as Blue is welcome (we're a package deal :)).
5. Madison S.
“It is such a relief when on vacation to know that your pet is being cared for, even my semi-feral boy who doesn't like anybody but me. Madison is super reliable at providing all the help he needs without pushing too hard to add to his stress. I've been booking Madison on and off for a couple of years now and I couldn't be happier with her service.”
6. Sarah D.
“Sarah has a deep love of animals. She treats her dog clients like family. She even makes special dog biscuits! Sarah is responsible and makes every effort to be available when you need her services.”
7. Michelle W.
“Michelle was accommodating to our busy schedule and great with Siggy! Thanks!”
8. Ashley R.
“Ashley is one of the most loving people I’ve ever met. I watched her pour that love into her fur baby (may she be resting peacefully.) They went on sunset walks together and they loved sitting at the creek. Ashely took her baby everywhere and made a lot of her big decisions with her in mind. Ashely’s husband was working in Hawaii and was she was given the opportunity to move there. That would have meant leaving her baby behind(she was too big to fly.) That was NOT an option for her. She stayed in California with her girl and visited her husband in Hawaii unitil her baby passed. Ashely loves to love. The animals, the children, her nieces and nephews… love is her specialty and she should be given the opportunity to spread that as much as she can.”
9. Lou D.
“Easy communication, prompt, flexible and good time spent with our dog who got attention, play, potty outings and rest! We got to do our Hearst Castle tour (with 'unattended ogs not allowed" at our hotel) with ease and peace of mind! Thank you!”
10. Laurel M.
“Laurel is not just a pet lover; she is a true animal enthusiast. Her innate connection with animals is immediately apparent as she interacts with them. Her ability to establish trust and rapport with pets is nothing short of remarkable. Laurel's reliability is unmatched. She has consistently shown commitment to the well-being and happiness of the animals she cares for. She's highly organized and totally trustworthy. Additionally, Laurel's knowledge of pet behavior and safety is top-notch. She is well-versed in understanding the unique requirements of various breeds and individual pets. Her dedication to ensuring the safety and comfort of the animals in her care is second to none.”
11. Lily B.
“Lily has been around dogs and cats since she was young, caring responsibly for her family pets, a rescue dog and 2 cats. All pets lived long lives and were very loving and responsive to Lily and she learned a lot from them, both pet care and animal behavior. As an adult, Lily is the dog mom to another great dog. She started early on his training to provide structure and routine to his life and lots of fun play, good toys to provide problem solving and lots of hiking! Lily has worked for many years with a non-profit that provides nature connection and education opportunities for young children through high school through daily programming and the responsible care for children in a natural setting. All this informs Lily's outlook for the love and care of our pets and the wild things we live with. She would be a valued and responsible asset to the Rover family.”
12. Jennifer L.
“Jennifer helped with walking and feeding our pug, Winnie, a couple times during a day when we were away. She was extremely responsive and eager to understand Winnie's personality and preferences. Jennifer stayed in touch so we knew when she was there and how Winnie had responded. It was very reassuring to have such an enthusiastic and concerned caregiver helping with Winnie while we were away. We will definitely plan to contact Jennifer the next time we need some help!”
13. Helen F.
“Helen did a great job once again for us. So happy to know my pups are well taken taken of when we’re gone.”
14. Vanessa E.
About: Vanessa started working with animals as a foster parent for cats. She fell in love with the medical treatment side of it and being able to get animals healthy again. From there she started school to become a veterinary technician. She has been a licensed technician for 10 years. She has experience with all types of animals and temperaments. She is proficient in providing any type of treatment your pet may need. She has a 15 year old daughter who has grown up going to the clinic and getting to help mom out sometimes. This has led to a young lady with more hands on exposure than most kids and a great additional person to love on your pets! She does have a full time job. Her availability is evenings and weekends. Also, she could be available for some morning and lunch time check ins depending on location. Willing to try and accommodate your needs. She prefers to home sit pets, as they are most comfortable in their own surrounding. When that is not possible she has a large townhome close to parks, beaches, and hiking trails to make your pet feel welcomed and loved.
