“I was nervous leaving my two cats for a full week, especially one who is skittish around people, but Alyssa had him coming to her to get scratches within two visits! Thanks Alyssa!!”

“Stephanie took wonderful care of our two kitties. Always touched base. I enjoyed my trip more, knowing my kitty cats were being looked after by a thoughtful pet sitter”

“Heather was great with all 3 of my cats while I was gone. She sent photos of all 3 of them whenever she'd stop by to feed them. She was even flexible when it came to getting my building key to her when i had an issue arise. Only issue was it seemed like she'd check in way later than what I had put for the time I needed her to stop by. She did ask if she could be a little flexible in when she stopped by, which I said was okay, but it seemed way later than what I was expecting. Other than that, everything was great!”

About: Hi, I'm Abby! I've been an animal lover my whole life, and I've been taking care of pets in various settings (in-home, daycare, boarding, dog-walking) for more than ten years. I specialize in multiple-pet households, but whether you have one pet or five, rest assured they'll each receive the best care possible. I'm extremely detailed (I love a comprehensive info sheet!), and I ask the right questions up front, so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pets are in good hands. I work from home with a flexible schedule, which gives me plenty of time and energy to devote to your pets. I prefer to work weekdays, Monday-Friday, but I am also available for longer in-home stays over the weekend with enough notice. I take your pet's health and safety very seriously, which is why I make sure I understand not only what their immediate needs are (food, water, exercise, enrichment), but also what potential stressors might be (loud noises, other animals, etc.). I gather as much information as I can up front, so I can anticipate your pet's needs as they arise. Knowing where the cleaning materials, trash, emergency numbers, and security items (crate, leash, carrier) are in your home gives ME peace of mind and makes my job that much easier. Once I have all the info I need, while you're gone, I can check back in with you as much or as little as you prefer -- I'm happy to send updates throughout the day, or I'm just as happy to take care of things myself and provide a summary when you return. Either way, I make sure both you and your pet(s) enjoy your time away!

“Nicolas was PHENOMENAL watching my cat while I was away for business! He was very accommodating with getting access to my apartment, and went above and beyond sending updates. Nicolas will be the first person I go to for my future cat sitting needs and can't recommend him enough!”

About: With 15 years of experience as a dog enthusiast, I’ve enjoyed walking and caring for dogs of all breeds and personalities. This hobby has given me the skills to ensure every walk is safe, fun, and suited to each dog’s needs. I work from home and my schedule is very flexible. Most days I will be available anytime from 6am-7pm for a walk or a drop in visit. I do not like to take walks after dark. Please let me know your preferred time and I can see how to work it into my schedule. I am a very active person and love to walk and care for dogs in my free time. I also have a dog of my own. I know the importance of a good walk or play time for your dog for stimulation and exercise.

About: I’ve had pets all my life to include hamsters, turtles, ducks, birds, dogs and cats. I would hate to leave my dogs alone for extended periods of time so if I can help you, it would be my pleasure. I love caring for them and can even administer medication if needed. I am a Veteran and caring after animals is therapeutic for me and only enhances my quality of life. I am flexible and open most days. I don’t mind late drops ins for those graveyard workers. I try to reserve Sunday and Monday’s for personal matters but willing to help on a case by case. I currently have a 75 lb Blue Nose Pit Mix Roomate who has more beds than I do. He gets his treats several times a day and home cooked meals mixed into kibble. He is current with veterinary needs and gets his walks and play time daily.

“Tina took such good care of our kitties while we were gone, and went above and beyond to help me set up a replacement water fountain that broke last minute before we left.”

About: Hi! My name is Helen, and I recently moved from France to beautiful Long Beach. I've been passionate about dogs my whole life, I've had several of my own, and I’ve always been the go-to pet sitter for my friends and family. Ask anyone who knows me: dogs and I just click! I’m currently not working, which means I have lots of availability and flexibility, especially on weekdays from 8 AM to 7 PM. Need a last-minute walk or a schedule change? I’ve got you covered. I live in a dog-friendly community in Downtown Long Beach, with everything your pup could dream of: 🐶 A quiet, private dog park right inside the building 🌳 Several nearby parks and outdoor spaces 🧼 An on-site dog grooming station 🦴 Treats always on hand 🏖️ And the beach is just a few minutes’ walk away! Whether your dog loves calm strolls, playful outings, or just needs some TLC while you're away, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and happy. Feel free to reach out, I’d love to meet you and your pup!

About: I have taken care of pets since I was 10 years old. I grew up with all kinds of dogs, and I was responsible for taking care of them. In 2020, I rescued/fostered many dogs and prioritized the individual needs of each pet since no one pet is the same I am currently a full-time student in college, but I have a lot of afternoon availability to walk/watch any pets. I can walk your pet any day of the week, and can watch overnight on weekends if needed. I will make sure to respect your home and all the rules you have set for your pet. I will document everything I need to know about your pet. I will also send as many updates throughout the day as you need.

“Lisa was a wonderful cat sitter. She kept everything clean and made sure my cat had fresh water. The pictures she sent every day were really nice, showing that my cat was doing well. I truly appreciate her care and recommend her to anyone.”

Abigail A.

“I have known Abigail for over 25 years and am pleased to offer this testimonial on her behalf. Abby has provided safe, loving care to my anxious rescue dog, Pickle, on multiple occasions, including a period last year when my spouse and I were away for longer than a month. Through her professional work at a well-respected daycare/boarding facility, Abby has gained extensive experience with dog behavior, health, exercise, socialization, and feeding. We can always trust her to follow through on her commitments and our instructions, and well as communicate clearly about Pickle’s schedule and well-being. Abby is intelligent, attentive, and caring. Unfortunately for me, a distance of 2000 miles makes it challenging for me to benefit from Abby’s superior quality pet care services at this time. The good news for you is that now she may be more available to offer those same high-quality services to you. Abby comes to you very highly recommended!”

Rebecca H.

“Rebecca was great! Good response time and punctual. I was out of town for a couple days and she completed all that my cat required. Definitely recommend!”

“Loralie was such a wonderful cat sitter! She was communicative and caring, which definitely made our time away from home much less stressful. Thanks so much!!”

Rudy R.
“Rudy is wonderful with dogs, he’s great with all animals actually but the majority of the experience I’ve had with him is with dogs. Dogs love him and you can easily see the joy that dogs bring to him. He trains his own dogs so well that multiple people have asked him to train their dogs because they want dogs as well behaved as Rudy’s. He is responsible and reliable. With Rudy your dogs will be in good hands.”

Helene S.
“Hélène was the perfect catsitter for my cat! I entrusted my cat to her for a whole week at her own home and it was perfect: we had news and photos very regularly which totally made me think my cat was in good hands. She took care of it like her own cat, with cuddles and games. It was really our best catsitting experience! I will choose Hélène again with great pleasure!”

Kiana K.

“Kiana was a wonderful sitter. I will definitely be using her services again. I always came home to a very happy pup thanks to her care.”

Iris F.
“I cannot recommend Iris Figueroa enough! From the moment we first connected, they were professional, kind, and clearly passionate about animals. They took amazing care of my dog, papa ,as if he were their own. Papa is usually shy around new people, but he warmed up to Iris almost immediately which says a lot! I received regular updates, photos, and messages, which gave me total peace of mind while I was away. When I returned, papa was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. If you’re looking for someone reliable, trustworthy, and truly loving toward pets, Iris is the one. I’ll absolutely be booking with them again!”
