About: I’ve taken care of cats for most of my life! Family, friends, and neighbors have trusted me to take care of their cats (feeding, changing litter, enrichment, etc.). I also have two cats of my own and have administered medication orally, topically, and via food. I am very flexible with scheduling. I am willing to work on scheduling conflicts if they arise. Feel free to message me about setting a schedule! When entering, I make sure that the cats are not in the doorway. I also make sure to wash all bowls before feeding and refilling water. For litter changing, I use gloves and ensure that the litter box and surrounding area is clean afterwards. I also respect every cat’s boundaries! I adapt easily to different personalities :)

About: I’ve have two years of professional experience with providing care for dogs and cats, though I have lots of experience with taking care of animals, since I have a senior dog and a two year old cat! Ihave done over 300 services as a pet caregiver on another app, I can provide a link to my profile! I also usually always bring my sister with me on any service I do and she always helps out. I also want to let pet parents know that if your pet(s), specifically larger dogs, are overly reactive that I can not provide services for you because of the safety of myself and the dog, please just be honest about how your dog(s) responds to caregivers, I always try my best to provide 110% effort in all my services and I can’t do when I don’t know what can tigger your pet, I had a bad experience during a sitting and pet parent told me there dog was very well-behaved and then when sitting the dog kept grabbing my leg, (was around the same height as me when he stood up) and would not let go and didn’t listening to any commands the pet parent said he listened to and kept biting through my clothes and my hands. It was a very scary experience because I was told something else but one bad experience doesn’t compare to all the good dogs I have walked! I have walked large dogs and I have never had any issues with them and are usually always the sweetest pups to walk and are very gentle on their leashes, and are always excited to go on walks by jumping on me (which I never mind) or licking! I live in a dog friendly neighborhood and live near a walking trail. I have a family dog and cat who are both friendly to all animals. They are both low maintenance and always enjoy meeting new animals, they have been around birds and guinea pigs as well! I do prefer sitting in the pet parent’s home just mainly because the pets are most comfortable at their home and I don’t do overnight stays just because I also have animals that need my attention. I love when pet parents provide detail instructions about their expectations and daily tasks of their pets!

My family was very happh with Ji Ung and Hyunjoo taking care of our dog Toast :) They were very nice from the moment we met them and we werr able to explain both on the website as well as inperson any comments or extra details about what Toast might need. They would even send us a couple of videos here and there of him eating or playing which reassured us how well he was taken care of. Thank you both again for taking care of him so well!

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
