About: I have been a vet tech and animal educator in the past. I’m very flexible with scheduling, and understand last minute things come up. I am happy to work with whatever pet needs you have! For locals I can pop in as often as needed, I’m happy to be flexible with your needs. My availability right now is wide open. I am comfortable with pets that need medical care, pets that are less comfortable with people/strangers/ other animals, and the less common pets. I believe in full transparency, and will provide your pets with the care you would give them yourself.

About: I’ve grown up with all types of animals since I was a kid including dogs, cats, horses, cows, chickens, peacocks, etc. I am comfortable working with most animals and will treat your furry friend as if they were my own. I currently have my own 7yo Boston Terrier/ French Bulldog named Milo! I recently started my doctorate in Clinical Psychology and am looking for ways to make some money in my free time. I am currently free Tuesday afternoons after 2pm and have full time availability on Thursdays and Fridays. I am also open to weekends on a case by case basis. I formerly worked as a probation officer so I am extremely trustworthy, hardworking, and dependable! I am comfortable and respectful working in others’ homes, and will follow all care instructions to meet a pet’s specific needs. Additionally, I am comfortable feeding or administering medications if needed. About: I have over 25 years of experience caring for homes, people, and pets. Throughout my work in housekeeping, many clients entrusted me with the care of their pets, including both dogs and cats, often in households with multiple animals. I am experienced with feeding routines, litter box care, walking dogs, basic grooming support, monitoring well-being, and providing both playful and gentle companionship depending on each pet’s personality and needs. I am comfortable caring for puppies, senior pets, and administering basic attentive care when required. As a former CNA, caregiving has always been second nature to me. Whether caring for people or animals, I lead with patience, compassion, and responsibility. I understand the importance of trust when someone is away from their loved ones human or furry and I take that responsibility seriously. I am also skilled at multitasking and managing busy households while still ensuring each pet receives individual attention and care. My goal is simple: for pet parents to feel completely at ease knowing their pets are safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for in a calm and loving environment. In addition to pet care, I teach classes on Zoom twice a week as part of my regular routine. This allows me to maintain a flexible schedule and plan my availability in advance. Because of this, I am able to reliably provide dog and cat care services throughout the week, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings as needed. I am organized, dependable, and committed to making sure pets receive consistent attention and care while their owners are away. I provide pet care directly in the client’s home so pets can remain in a familiar, comfortable environment and keep their normal routine. I follow all instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walk times, litter box maintenance, and any special care needs. I also make sure pets receive companionship, attention, and gentle interaction based on their personality whether they are playful, shy, or more independent. I am very mindful of keeping the home clean, secure, and respected at all times. With my background in housekeeping and CNA work, I am used to being responsible in other people’s homes and understanding the importance of trust, privacy, and consistency. My goal is to ensure pets feel safe and cared for, and that owners return to both happy animals and a well-kept home.
“Sarahi was incredible with my dog Eisley. My dog was immediately comfortable with her and was excited for walk time everyday. Would absolutely book her again and the only reason she is not helping any longer is because I am moving.”

“Daniel was fantastic with Jack! He was always on time and super reliable during the two weeks I was away. With Glenn working 6/10 shifts, Dan’s daily walks gave Jack a much-needed break and helped us out a lot. We’re really grateful for the care and consistency— we’ll definitely be using him again. Highly recommend!”

“Steph has been seeing our puppy Squid for months now and she is wonderful with him. She’s been flexible when our schedule goes haywire, she goes extra steps to ensure Squid is cared for, she’s communicative and she has NEVER let us down. We love her and will continue to book her as long as she’s willing!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Zouave Hills
Angelly was amazing! I needed a dog walker at the last minute and booked her the day before, and she was available without any issues. She arrived five minutes early, was professional and thoughtful, and even asked where I preferred she dispose of the poop bags. She took my dog on a full 30-minute walk and kept me updated with several photos, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish, and she was such a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely book Angelly again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, punctual, and caring dog walker!
We had a wonderful meet-and-greet and neighborhood walk today, and this walker is absolutely lovely! They naturally they handled commands with my high energy pup. If you need someone who is both highly capable and genuinely caring to look after your pup, I cannot recommend them enough!

This was my first time having Hayleigh walk my dog, and it was a great experience. My dog liked her right away, which is always a good sign. She was kind, responsive, and very responsible. I’m really glad I found her and will definitely use her again when I’m traveling for work. Thanks, Hayleigh ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
