We both have hands-on experience caring for dogs with different personalities, routines, ages, and needs, and we understand that every pup requires a slightly different approach. Keirsten’s Experience: 🐶 Experience working in a kennel/daycare environment, caring for multiple dogs at once and making sure they are safe, comfortable, and supervised. 💊 Experience administering pills/medications to dogs according to their owner’s instructions. 🐾 Experience caring for senior/older dogs, including being mindful of their slower pace, exercise limits, routines, and individual needs. ❤️ We personally care for four dogs together, and each of our dogs has their own individual needs, routines, and personalities. This has given Keirsten a lot of experience learning how to pay attention to each dog individually rather than treating every dog the same. 🏡 Experience with everyday dog care, including feeding, potty breaks, walks, playtime, monitoring behavior, and making sure dogs have a safe and comfortable environment. Alaya’s Experience: 🐕 Experience caring for family pets, including helping with their everyday routines and making sure they are comfortable and well cared for. 💊 Experience administering pills/medications to dogs when needed and following their owner’s instructions. 🐾 Experience caring for senior/older dogs and understanding that older pups may need extra patience, attention, rest, and adjustments to their normal routine. ❤️ Experience handling dogs with different personalities and learning their individual preferences, routines, and comfort levels. 🏡 Experience with everyday pet care, including feeding, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and providing companionship. 🐶 Why We Work Together Since we work together, we’re able to help each other provide consistent care and attention. We both take the time to learn each dog’s individual routine and needs before caring for them. We also understand that some dogs need a little extra patience or attention, especially senior dogs, dogs taking medication, or dogs who may be nervous in a new environment. We’re comfortable following detailed instructions from owners and doing things the way their pup is used to. Our experience has taught us that good pet care isn’t just about feeding a dog and letting them outside—it’s about paying attention to their behavior, noticing when something seems different, respecting their boundaries, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fenced backyard where dogs can safely go outside to play, relax, or get some energy out when appropriate. We’re also happy to take dogs on walks instead if they prefer walks or if their owner would rather they not use the backyard. We’re comfortable following your dog’s normal feeding and potty schedule, and we’ll always make sure they have access to fresh water. Since we care for multiple dogs ourselves, we understand how important it is to pay attention to each dog individually and make sure they’re getting the attention and care they need. For overnight stays and house sitting, we’ll do our best to keep your pup’s normal routine—including meals, walks, potty breaks, playtime, medications if needed, and bedtime routines as close to what they’re used to as possible.

Keirsten and Zeeke hit it off immediately and it was refreshing to see them both have an amazing time while she house sat and took care of our elderly statesman. Hey everyone! 🐾 We’re Keirsten & Alaya, and we’re currently offering dog walking and pet sitting services in the area! We’re two friends who work together to help care for people’s pups and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. ❤️ We’re available for: 🐶 Dog walks 🏡 Drop-in visits 🌙 Overnight stays / house sitting 🐾 Pet care while you’re away, whether it’s for a few hours, a full day, or multiple nights We’re generally available early mornings, late afternoons/evenings, and weekends, but our availability can vary depending on the date and length of care needed. If you or someone you know needs a reliable and caring person to look after their pup, feel free to message us! We’d be happy to talk about your dog’s needs and see if we’re a good fit. We both have experience caring for dogs and understand that every pup has their own personality, routine, and preferences. Our goal is to keep their normal routine as much as possible so they feel comfortable while you’re away.
