“Emily was very friendly and easy to work with, and she took great care of our kitty while we were away for a week. “So grateful to have had Kayla’s help with my cat as I traveled. She was consistently on time with great communication, including lovely pictures and detailed updates. Most importantly, Siena (my cat) was in one of the best moods she’s been in after I’ve been away. Thank you!”

“Thank you so much for watching Fireheart while we were away. It’s such a relief leaving him with you because of the love and care you provide. “Pri was a fantastic sitter for our kitty Boris! He REALLY took to her and enjoyed spending time snuggling with her. It was comforting to know she was there with our guy. Pri was very communicative and we knew our boy was in good hands. We definitely recommend Pri!”

About: Anyone can tell you that they love animals, but not anyone can provide the proper care your pets require. My family owns 2 dogs, 3 cats, 1 guinea pig, and 7 chickens. I am very well acclimated to providing care for animals. I genuinely enjoy providing care as you get to see just how happy these pets become when they see you. It’s not a job to me, it’s fun. I have class from 11-12:30 and wrestling from 3-5 out in Hayward Monday through Thursday. I can make morning and night appointments if requested. Please reach out and book me ahead of time because I do have a few family trips this summer I might have to plan around. Food, water, walk, and play will all happen during each stay. If there are any extra requests for care I’d love to help. Please make sure to write up those special notes so I won’t forget. Thank you!

“Meghan was fantastic and so easy to work with. We had to book a last-minute trip and Meghan was great about squeezing us into her schedule. We really appreciate her flexibility, and our kitties enjoyed her company. We will be booking with her again and highly recommend her.”

“Michael has looked after our cats Maui and Moana multiple times. He is extremely professional and takes good care of our cats. I highly recommend him for taking care of your pets.”

“10/10 would have Garret care for my pets again! He was attentive and flexible with scheduling. He gave my cat all the attention, pets, and play that she needed while we were gone. Ensured daily videos and photos, which were truly appreciated. Would recommend Garret to anyone looking for a pet sitter!”

About: I am not yet ready to have another pet of my own, so I get great comfort from sharing my love and affection with those families that need it. I have had dogs, cats, a rabbit and a horse throughout my childhood years. My love bug, a 140lb Rottweiler, was the best partner a young woman could have. It was very hard saying goodbye to him. I understand the amount of time, love and attention our pets require of us and I’m happy to be part of the team that can help reduce the concerns when apart or busy. I’ve dog sat at others homes. I’ve kept dogs with me at mine. I’m flexible and understand that each owner has their own unique preferences for the way they want their family member taken care of. I look forward to getting to know you and your loved one! I’m exploring my freedom from corporate life and currently have a lot of open time in my schedule. I’m looking to stay active and walking is a key part of that. I’d love to have a companion to get out and putting the miles on my step counter. I would prefer caring for your pet in a setting more familiar to them, their own home when possible. I know that each owner has unique standards that they want followed and I welcome having detailed instructions and information to follow. Outside of the guidelines that I might get, I’m happy to play, do some basic training, build the pet’s confidence and nurture with attention and affection.

About: We live in a single family home with a fenced backyard and we have a friendly mini Bernedoodle. Our dog journey began when we dog sat for close friends which led to us getting our own dog as a puppy. We have also helped neighbors with cat sitting. We decided to become Rover dog sitters after having a lot of difficulty finding dog sitters who share our values and who can take good care of our dog. After a positive experience, we decided to do our bit and join the community! We are not doing this as a business so we only accept one dog at a time. We are strong believers in treating animals with love and respect. This means strong environment control, no harsh words, positive reinforcement and giving them the exercise they need. Each pet is unique. During the meet and greet (a must), we will let your dog sniff around off leash in our backyard while learning how we can best take care of them. When they’re comfortable, we will introduce our dog to make sure they can get along. We can accept dogs up to 50lbs. Beyond that, we will evaluate on a case by case basis. Other must-haves on our end to ensure a good experience for your dog: 1. Meet and greet to ensure our dogs can get along 2. Dogs are not allowed to sleep in our bed at night 3. House trained. No male dogs with strong marking tendencies At least one of us will be home full time. We never leave our dog alone so your pet will never be alone. They will have 24/7 care. We have non slip mats in as much of the house as possible so your pet can run around safely. For potty breaks, we have a fenced yard but can also take them on walks 1-2 times a day.

About: With over 15 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, horses, reptiles, and small animals, I bring a deep understanding of animal behavior, health, and safety. I’m currently working in a veterinary clinic and pursuing my veterinary technician license, which gives me daily experience handling a wide range of medical and behavioral needs. Whether it’s administering medications, managing special diets, or simply offering comfort and companionship, I provide dependable, knowledgeable care that pet parents can trust. Although I work full-time, I’m available for morning and afternoon visits during the week, as well as full availability on weekends. I am also available to do drop in visits during lunchtime to feed or take on a potty break or a walk in the Livermore area. I make it a priority to provide reliable, attentive care that works around your schedule. I offer in-home pet sitting, walks, and drop-in visits, and I’m experienced with administering medications when needed. I treat every home with respect and always leave it cleaner than I found it—your pets and your space will be in great hands!

“Trevor is amazing! My car, Loki, warmed up to him very fast. Trevor is attentive, friendly, and really loves what he does. I’m so glad to have found someone I can trust my cat son with”

“He was great with the cats. My social cat liked him from the first meeting. He knew how to let me other cat come to him and that cat warmed up to him on his second day. I know the cats were happy for me to be home, but they were not too desperate for attention. I got regular pictures and updates while I was gone. He also took out the trash, washed bedding, and left my house clean. I'll definitely check if he is available if/when I need to hire a sitter again.”

“Nicole watched over my German shepherd for a week and did couple of daily checks-in. She was very good with her communication and follow ups and took great care of Rio - who really enjoyed her company.”

Trinity W.
“I've known Trinity since 2001. We've been both close personal friends and work colleagues, so I think I'm qualified to speak to both her character and work ethic as well as her affinity for our four-legged companions. For the record, I've had dogs for the entire time I've known Trinity and have seen both how she cares for them and they, in turn, respond to her. I'm happy to recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible and capable companion for their beloved pet or pets.”

Moi & Elaine L.
“Moi has watched our mini-goldendoodle on multiple occasions with such great care and is so wonderful with her. She updates us regularly and sends us photos which puts us at ease when we are away. Moi treats our Keemie as her own and when it comes time to come home, Keemie would sometimes refuse! That's how much she enjoys being looked after by Moi. Bonus is that there is a big backyard for Keemie to run around in and plenty of toys to keep her occupied. Will definitely continue using Moi when we need a dog sitter for our Keemie!”

Ashley B.
“We have hired Ashley numerous times -- she has taken care of our cats and our horses - a total of 6 animals all at once. Every time Ashley has helped us, she did an amazing job. We always came home to very happy furry kids - and in the summer, during heat waves, she would hose down our horses without our even asking because she knew they needed that level of care. Our trust in Ashley with not only our animals, but complete access to our home, was absolute. She is responsible, kind and treated our animals like they were her own beloveds. We give Ashley the highest marks possible and more!!!”
