On weekends, if permitted by the owner, we are happy to take dogs on short walks or light hikes so they can enjoy safe outdoor exploration. Our home includes a spacious yard where dogs can run and play safely under supervision. We carefully follow each owner’s instructions regarding feeding, routines, and special needs. I had my own dog for 14 years, so I understand how important it is to be patient, reliable, and attentive to a pet’s needs. I also have experience with cats, as my wife had two cats, and I was able to help care for them as well. I would be happy to help with drop-in visits, feeding, fresh water, short walks, playtime, and photo updates. I do not offer boarding in my home, but I am happy to care for pets in their own home. About: I have owned dogs since I was 10 years old and cats since the mid 1970's. I have cared for, fed, walked, played with not only my own, but for friends and neighbors as well. I'm currently working part-time, so I have plenty of time to walk and care for your pets. Mid-mornings to early afternoons some days, all day on other days. I am currently not available to care for your pets in my home due to having 3 dogs and 2 cats already. Anything can change in the future though.

Our home is a spacious 3,800 sq ft house with a fully fenced backyard, giving dogs plenty of room to explore, relax, and play safely throughout the day. During their stay, I send daily updates with photos and videos so you can see how your dog is doing and feel connected while you’re away. Because I focus on providing a calm and comfortable home environment, I usually host only a small number of dogs at a time to make sure every dog receives plenty of care and attention. Your dog will never be lonely in our home. My husband works from home and I also have a very flexible schedule, so there is almost always someone around. Dogs staying with us receive plenty of attention and companionship throughout the day. Because someone is usually home, we are able to closely supervise the dogs and make sure they feel comfortable and relaxed. I can also administer oral medications if needed. Safety is always our top priority. Our backyard is fully fenced and secure, allowing dogs to safely explore and play under supervision. We carefully introduce dogs to each other and always monitor interactions to ensure everyone feels comfortable. We also follow each dog’s feeding routine and any special care instructions provided by the owner. If needed, I can also administer oral medications.

About: I have taken care of pets my whole life. Growing up, I had four cats, and still do cat-care on weekends. I have more recently pet-sat for dogs, and taken both smaller and larger dogs on walks (from a Shih-Poo to a Bernese Mountain Dog). I will take care of your fur baby like I would take care of my own. I'm in college part time, so I can spend the majority of my week walking and pet-sitting for all of your needs. Although I am set to one-day book at the earliest, I am open to same-day inquiries if needed. I do not have a fenced yard, but your fur baby would be allowed on beds, the couch, and will have a lot of room to run around inside and be taken for walks.
