“Michael is the BEST. He took care of our house and our cats with patience, humor, respect, and care. He sent photos, funny info, and kept us updated on their antics. A couple of things went wrong in the house while we were away (nothing to do with Michael) and he handled them with complete grace. About: I cared for my yellow Labrador, Sparky, for 12 years. From puppyhood to his senior years, our daily walks, playtime, and belly rubs were some of my favorite ways to connect and spend quality time together. Over the years, friends, family members and neighbors have also trusted me to care for their pets while they were away. Whether it’s walking, feeding, or providing companionship during vacations, I’ve always treated every pet like my own, with patience and love. Your pet’s safety, comfort and happiness are my top priorities. I understand how important it is to have someone reliable and caring looking after your furry family member, and I’m here to provide that peace of mind. I work full time during the week, so I’m available for walks after 5pm on weekdays and anytime on weekends. I am also available for house visits and stays from Wednesday evenings after I get out of work through Sunday evenings. When caring for pets in your home, I treat your space with the same respect and care I would my own. I understand how important it is to maintain your pet’s routine in a familiar environment, and I always aim to create a calm, comfortable, and safe experience. During visits, I follow your instructions closely, ensure your pet is fed, exercised, and given plenty of attention, and keep you updated with regular check-ins. Daily walks were one of my favorite bonding activities with my dog, Sparky, so I truly understand how important they are for both physical health and mental stimulation. Whether your pup loves a leisurely stroll or a more energetic walk, I tailor each outing to their pace and personality. Safety is my top priority. I make sure the leash is secure, stay alert to surroundings making sure it is a safe area to walk in, and follow your dog’s routine and preferences. I make sure walks are not only safe but also enjoyable, giving your dog a chance to explore, exercise and return home happy and relaxed.

About: I have a lot of experience with dogs of all sizes and behaviors. In my teen years, my family would often take in dogs coworker’s and family friend’s dogs. That gave me plenty of experience with one on one care. At home I currently have a 8 year old Rottweiler named Coco. She can be a bit temperamental, so I am used to dogs with specific boundaries (i.e. no petting). I am a very loving and caring pet owner, who can’t wait to meet yours! I just graduated from Montclair State, so my schedule has freed up significantly! I’m available most days as long as I am booked relatively ahead of time. I very thoroughly take care of pets. All I want is for them to be happy, healthy, and safe. If there are any specific care requirements, please let me know.

About: I grew up in the Philippines from when I was born till I was 19. And for those years we have always had a dog in the house. Most at one time was 6 dogs. All are trained and well taken care of from the moment they were born or adopted. Giving them their best lives is all that they deserve from us, these furry friends will love us unconditionally. It’s my job to make sure that they feel that same love back. I am currently working part time on a few jobs around the Montclair/Bloomfield area. I plan to return to school for my doctorate but for the mean time caring for pets have always been a love of mine and I will do my very best to make sure your little (or big) buddies get the attention they require. Depending on the breed of dog and their individual energy levels, their playtimes would vary from either indoor activities like tug of war, sensory activities like training their sense of smell with treats, or more outdoor backyard stuff like fetch, making sure all their zoomies are taken outside before they cause a mess inside the house. Making sure that each pet is well stimulated and given and good amount of food and water after tends to get them in a lot calmer mood as the sun begins to dim

“Izabella watched Rae for TWO WEEKS while we were in Spain. We came back to a happy healthy dog who was obviously very well cared for. She sent us picture updates daily (at least two a day) and would comment on Rae’s little quirks which made us feel very comfortable, knowing our girl was super comfortable with Izabella. “Bridget has both walked and stayed at my house to watch my dogs. I cant say enough good things about her. She is punctual, honest and she is good with both my small dog and my larger one. My Husky/GSD mix is selective about strangers but she was patient with him, gained his trust and now he treats her like one of the family. I had a couple other dog walkers that I didnt think could handle him. I thought I was never going to be able to go on vacation again without bringing my dog. Bridget saved us! We love her!”

About: For a little over four years I've been the go-to pet sitter for my coworkers when they go on vacation. I've researched all things related to dogs pretty much from the moment I learned to use a computer because I've spent almost all my life trying to convince my parents to get a dog. Spoiler alert, I was unsuccessful ): but not for lack of trying ("dogs are too big of a financial commitment" according to them... but four kids isn't??? but I digress lol)! Training has always been fascinating to me, it never fails to amaze me how smart dogs are! Overall I just love their energy and how loving they can be, being around dogs is truly therapeutic and does wonders for your mental health! You're so blessed to have one in your life and I would be honored to care for them (: <3 Sunday-Wednesday and Friday I work 7-3 and I’m off all day on Thursday and Saturday! Currently taking a break from school, so as soon as I get out of work I'll be free to devote my time to your doggies (: I live in a big apartment with a home office that I turn into the doggy room essentially although they are welcome to roam throughout the apartment of course! My neighborhood is very walkable (one of my favorite things about where I live) and I’m about a mile and a half away from like 3 parks!

I was nervous to leave him but Nicole was super communicative, treated him like her own pup, and took excellent care of him.
