About: I’ve cared for pets of all ages, sizes, and energy levels — from playful young labs and doodles to senior dogs and cats needing extra patience and attention. I’m naturally calm and gentle, but I also love matching a pet’s energy through play, walks, and engagement. As a dog owner myself, I understand how important trust and communication are, so I always make sure pets feel safe, loved, and comfortable while their owners are away. Since I’m home from college for the summer, I have a very open and flexible schedule that allows me to fully focus on pet care. I’m able to provide pets with lots of attention, companionship, exercise, and regular updates for owners throughout the day. I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for by sticking to their normal routines as closely as possible. Whether in my home or a client’s home, I provide plenty of attention, playtime, walks, feeding, and companionship while adapting to each pet’s personality and needs. About: I have taken care of dogs for as long as I can remember. I grew up with childhood dogs (Lab and a Scottish Terrier) and love all animals! I'm the go-to dog sitter for both family and neighbors as we have lots of extra room in our house and hearts, along with a fenced in yard. I can't wait to treat your baby like my own! My husband works from home and can let your fur baby outside as needed and keep them company. I love to cater to your dogs needs! Whether that's a game of fetch in the back yard, going for a long walk, meeting new friends at my neighborhood dog park, or hanging out on the couch, I'm just happy to have them around! I have a fenced in yard and a friendly cat at home. He keeps to himself for the most part. I also have two children who love to play with and respect animals as much as I do!

About: I have taken care dogs and animals of all types my whole life. As a biologist I am comfortable with all types of animals and taking care of their medical needs. I am happy to do drop in visits, dog walks, or puppy train. I just relocated to MD to be with my active duty husband so other then taking care of our 4 kids I’ll have a ton of time to care for your best friend. I love dogs and I would be honored to care for yours. I have two friendly large dogs and we live a few short steps to a trail and lake. Happy to take your fur ball for long walks or jogs.

This was such a relief, especially since we’ve had a bad experience with a previous sitter who never sent updates. I live in a spacious three story townhouse with many outdoor areas including sidewalks, quiet neighborhoods, my backyard, grass fields, trails, and a beach to walk your pet. About: Hi my name is Fran. I’m a mostly stay at home Mom in Mt. Airy with a 3 year old and 6 year old and 1 year old. We live on 5 acres, all fenced, across from the state park and in addition to 2 dogs have horses, chickens, and an outside cat. Both me and my husband have owned dogs all our lives, and experienced in animal care. Professionally, I’ve worked as a barn manager, dog groomer, dog walker, trainer, and dog handler for an Iditarod musher! I’ve been pet sitting since I was 10 years old and absolutely love it!!!! I care greatly about dogs and make sure that they are well taken care of with plenty of love and exercise. Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover all of my life. As a little kid my childhood dog was my constant companion and when I wasn't with him I was with the neighbors' dogs. In my twenties I moved to Alaska where I pursued a career in dog mushing and for two years lived with 120 dogs! Unfortunately due to frostbite I had to move back to the east coast. Meet my pets I have 2 dogs, Cash a one year old Australian Shepherd and Littles a 15 year old Boston terrier mix. Both love to play!! Cash is still a puppy and will play all day long!! He loves every dog he meets. Littles is 15 and recently lost his sight He’ll try to keep up with Cash but mostly just loves to sleep. I also have 2 horses, Shadow and Dandy (the love of my life) in their late twenties, some chickens, and a barn cat. About my yard I live on five acres across from Patuxent State Park. We have a huge fenced in backyard, with lots of trails in walking distance! My experience administering medication Yes I have no problem administering medication. Including injections I’m currently a stay at home mom and almost always home so your dog will never be left alone for long periods of time!! My 5 year old is great with dogs and will give your animals plenty of love and attention!!! We have a large fenced in backyard with plenty of room to run! Your dog will be let out frequently and get plenty of exercise!! I try and take the dogs for a long walk at least once a day. Your dog will have free roam of the house, but we are more than happy to crate if you provide one. Our dogs eat in the am and pm, however we can accommodate your dogs feeding schedule.

About: Lifelong experience caring for dogs, cats and a horse and studying psychology in college. I believe quality time for bonding, play and affection is just as important as food/potty breaks for pet happiness. The best part of pet sitting is the quality time spent with your pet after all the business is done! I have a flexible schedule so I'm able to make most times work. I can walk, feed, water, scrub bowls, medicate (comfortable administering oral meds to dogs and cats), clean up as needed, play with and generally whatever is needed to keep your pet on a regular schedule. We have 2 friendly smaller dogs and a dog door & ramp straight out to the fenced backyard. The house is one level with only 1 step in and out. There are crates set up in multiple locations and there are ways to separate animals safely if ever needed. Someone is home all day every day, pets are never kept without heat or AC.
