“I have never felt more comfortable with leaving my precious Corgi, Lugnut, than with Jim and Mary. It is evident as soon as you talk to them that they understand your dog is a family member. They are flexible with pick up and drop off times. The best part is they send pictures of the fun times throughout the day. I have used them many times, and are the first people I contact when we need someone to watch our pup. I could not sing their praises enough. Oh, and they have a fenced in back yard with a fence down the middle to create two play areas in case you have a shy dog, like my own. 5 stars isn’t enough to describe the wonderful experiences we’ve had!”

About: I'm a long time cat owner who speaks fluent meow! I adopted my first puppy in 2022, and have learned so much about how to take care of dogs from Canines at Training in Reisterstown. Since I work from home, my schedule is flexible. I can't wait to get to know your furry family members and help you take care of them! My schedule is flexible. With a couple days notice, I'm available for drop in visits and walks anytime, most days. Just let me know when you need me! I want to care for your pet the same way you would if you were there. Whether it's a drop-in visit or a walk, just let me know your routine, and I'll make sure your four legged friend feels safe and loved! Unfortunately, I can't watch Golden Retrievers in my home. Bravo was attacked by one, and he subsequently acted aggressively towards another. Until, I correct this, I don't feel comfortable providing care in my home for Goldens (for the safety of your dog as well as mine).

About: I grew up with dogs and cats. I am an animal lover, and since I was a child I felt a need to help animals as best as I could, whether it was a bird who couldn't fly, an abandoned kitten, or a lost dog. As an adult, I trapped and found homes for several stray cats, I got a dog from a rescue group and had 16 wonderful years with him. My fur baby died last year and since I am not able to get a new dog, I would love to care for other people's dogs and cats whenever I can. I also understand how hard it is to travel and leave your fur babies behind. I had to do it for many years with my dog, and I cried every time I had to leave him, even if it was with a trusted and loving sitter. Stay assured that your dog will get all the love, exercise, and attention he/she needs. I have little children, a small friendly dog, and one cat in my house that usually stays in the basement, so your dog will need to get along with other pets and be OK around children. I am a teacher. I work from 8:30 to 4:00 M-F during the school year. I will be off for all holidays and in the summer. If I am watching a dog for a long weekend, I can go home for lunch and let the dog out. Dogs are never left alone for more than 5-6 hours. I have a big fenced yard, but I also love to walk them in the neighborhood. My kids love to help and play with the dogs too. Your dog will be allowed everywhere in the house and will be part of our family during his/her stay. My problem is that I get attached to each dog and it's always hard to say goodbye!

I swear by the end of the week you would have thought that she had known her for years. She is the best dog sitter I have ever had. She was respectful and polite and I will definitely hire her again in the future. Also my babbies didn't pick up any bad habits while she was sitting. I've had sitters in the past that Misha would tug on her leash after they sat her, and she also started begging after this one sitter. After Fran took care of Misha she was perfect with the leash and was just as well behaved as normal. She just seemed happy and energetic at the end of the week.”
