“Lynn was amazing with my dogs. I have 3 big dogs which can be a bit overwhelming for some, but she never once faltered at taking them into her home and treating them as her own. I received pics daily, they were snuggled daily by her entire family, she bought food toppers so they would eat while I was away and even gave them a toy to bring home. My dogs felt at home and did not come home stressed as they typically do from regular boarding. I will trust her to keep my babies anytime! “Stephanie was great! She had no problem looking after our 4 needy kids and managing all their complicated medicine and meals. When one had a very messy accident (sorry again) the first night, she was very much more concerned about how he was feeling, as opposed to having any issues with clean up. Their home is very neat and dog-friendly with lots of places for pups to relax as well as easy access in and out to the backyard, which our senior dogs greatly appreciated. I definitely would recommend Stephanie if your pups are looking for a nice quiet place to spend a few days while you're out of town.”

About: My parents had dogs before I was born so I have never lived without dogs. I share my house now with my two dogs, and I am very lucky to work from home where I can be with them all day. In addition, I spent many years volunteering with a local shelter where I was a dog walker, an adoption counselor, a foster dog mom, and assisted with training classes. If you have a dog care need outside of what I have set as what I will accept, contact me because I may be able to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. My schedule revolves around my dogs. I have a secure, fenced-in yard and an enclosed porch, but they do spend most of their time indoors with me. When I am home, they go out every 3-4 hours, and if I am away, which is not often, I do not leave them for more than 8 hours. I am not scheduling for more than 3 months out, but if you have a specific date request beyond that, contact me and I can look at options. When I host your dog at my home, he or she will be treated like part of the family. I feed my dogs twice a day, and they go out every 3-4 hours when I am not home, or more often if needed. On sunny days, my dogs also enjoy laying on my enclosed porch where I have a few dog beds set up for them. The feeding and potty schedule for your dog is up to you, so please communicate that with me if it would be different from my own dogs. On the rare occasions where I need to leave for doctor appointments or family events, I would crate your dog, or alternately, secure your dog in a small room using a baby gate if you dog cannot tolerate crating. I have two bad shoulders, and therefore I do not walk dogs, but your dog would get plenty of play time with my dogs in my house and in my yard. While I try to not have dogs on the furniture, it doesn't always work out that way, but I do have multiple dog beds in every room of my home. I also have designated areas of the couch where my dogs are allowed. I would require you to bring a leash and your dog's food when you drop him or her off. In terms of in-home visits to care for your dog, I will be sure to let them out, feed them, make sure they have water, administer medications as required, and spend about 15 minutes with them in snuggles or playtime. As mentioned above, I have two bad shoulders so I am not able to walk your dog.

About: I have experience with all walks of life when it comes to animals. From fish to farm animals. I have two cats and two dogs and chickens and goats and pigs and ducks. Along with house birds. I am currently not working. I am a stay-at-home mom. So my schedule is pretty open. Especially to boarding I have the space for it. TimeWise I do work around my toddler schedule for dog walking and Cat sitting. I have a fenced in backyard. A very large house. I also have four kids that love animals. So an animal that loves kids would be preferred. But not completely out of the question if there is a child issue I can just keep my kids away from the animal. Pretty easy to fix.
