About: Hi there! I have been a devoted dog owner and lover my entire life. I understand that dogs aren’t just pets; they are family. Since I'm home full-time, your pup will get constant supervision, endless belly rubs, and all the attention they are used to receiving at home. Your dog will be treated exactly like one of my own. I live in a quiet, non-smoking home in the Acworth area. We have a spacious front yard —perfect for fetch or lounging in the grass. Dogs are allowed on the furniture, and I have plenty of cozy dog beds to go around. If they prefer their own crate, I can easily accommodate that too. I know how stressful it can be to leave your furry best friend behind. I specialize in making your dog's stay feel like a fun vacation rather than a stressful kennel experience. I also provide owners with regular photo and video updates so you can enjoy your time away with total peace of mind! For stays longer than three days I prefer to bring my cavapoo Coco as long as the dogs are compatible. She is being trained as a service animal, so unless she is off the leash and outside, she is surprisingly laid back. Because we both work at home, we are always here. Your dog is never left alone. With your approval I may take them to the dog park to let them run - as long as that is something you enjoy with them. I live on a private road with only 3 other homes. There is almost no traffic so walking is relaxing and safe. Two of my neighbors have dogs, plus there are deer, armadillos, woodchucks, squirrels, chipmunks, and birds to entertain the sniffers and excite the barkers. My house is large and simply furnished with lots of spots for a nap and room for inside play when the weather is uninviting. I’m a Yale graduate with 30+ years working for Fortune 100 companies - I’m trustworthy and honest and you can depend on me to treat your home like mine (or better!) when I’m there.

“Lynn was amazing with my dogs. I have 3 big dogs which can be a bit overwhelming for some, but she never once faltered at taking them into her home and treating them as her own. I received pics daily, they were snuggled daily by her entire family, she bought food toppers so they would eat while I was away and even gave them a toy to bring home. My dogs felt at home and did not come home stressed as they typically do from regular boarding. I will trust her to keep my babies anytime! She went above and beyond, loves animals, and it shows. 10/10 recommend her to baby your babies!!”

About: I’ve always had animals in my life. I worked on horse farms, pet-sit for my neighbors and friends, and have dabbled with fostering cats and dogs for local rescues. Dogs have a special place in my heart. I’ve owned Shelties, Labs, Golden Retrievers, and rescued Heinz 57 mixes over the years. 😝 I have experience with dogs of all ages as well. I am able to give medicine if needed. I am currently home full-time with my two kids, one dog, and three cats. I am available weekdays and weekends in June and July, along with weekends and some holiday weeks throughout the rest of the year. I offer in-home boarding with a family environment. The dogs are part of my daily life. I allow them to be on furniture and sleep in the bed. I want your fur-baby to feel like part of my family while you are away. I have an extra large fenced-in yard for playing and potty breaks. I have a two-year old mix who gets along well with other non-aggressive dogs and loves to play, as well as be a couch potato during naps. I have two children(4 and 9), that will also be at home at the time your pup is visiting. I also have multiple sets of stairs in my home--If your dog struggles with stairs, has arthritis, or knee/hip issues, I would not recommend my services.

While I am home, your dog will receive plenty of attention, affection, potty breaks, exercise, and companionship. I love going to walks with dogs and playing fetch. hazels favorite game when she's not cuddling. if your dig is active or a cuddle partner I've got them covered I currently work from home mon- Friday weekends off so I'm always home and my breaks consists of and hour lunch and 2 15 mins breaks as well.
