About: You can see our reviews in our other profile: https://www.rover.com/sit/janirb12988 🇺🇸 We speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese! 🇲🇽 ¡Hablamos inglés, español y portugués! 🇧🇷 Falamos inglês, espanhol e português! Hi there! 👋 We’re Kaio, Jan and Anik - three lifelong dog lovers who simply enjoy spending our days surrounded by happy pups. Our goal is to give every dog a wonderful experience in a safe, fully supervised environment where they can play, relax, and connect with nature - while giving owners peace of mind through open, caring communication. Among us, we have over 15 years of experience caring for dogs of all breeds and personalities. Anik also has a background working in professional dog boarding settings, where she cared for groups of dogs at a time and learned to read their behavior and body language with ease. Our home has a large, securely fenced yard that’s perfect for exploring, running, and sunbathing. Inside, dogs are welcome everywhere - because to us, they’re part of the family. 🐾 We share our space with two sweet resident dogs: a playful 1-year-old Golden Retriever and a calm, gentle 11-year-old Chow Chow. They love meeting new friends and know how to match the energy of any guest - whether it’s joining in a game or simply relaxing side by side. We know how hard it can be to be away from your pup, so we make sure you always feel connected. You’ll receive regular updates, photos, and messages - the kind we’d love to get if our dogs were staying somewhere new. At the end of the day, our goal is simple: to make your dog feel safe, loved, and happy - just like they do at home. ❤️ In 2025, we've cared for over 330 dogs, with 114+ repeat clients who keep coming back for our personalized, loving care! We're excited to expand from our half-acre home to a private 6+ acre retreat in Silver Creek, GA—a perfect mix of open cleared fields for romping and wooded trails for adventure. This allows us to build dedicated play yards and special zones just for dogs. What sets us apart: A completely cage-free home where pups roam freely indoors and in secure outdoors—no crates ever! We cap groups at 6 compatible dogs (matched by age, size, temperament, and energy), ensuring tons of individual attention, play, and cuddles. Experienced with all ages—including puppies and senior dogs (meds, mobility help, and cozy comfort). Stays feature daily exercise, enrichment, photo/video updates, and endless love. Your dog will feel right at home here—we can't wait to meet them! I work full-time from home. Pet care is the heart of my daily routine—it's my full-time passion! As a dedicated home-based sitter, I'm here 24/7 with the dogs, structuring our days around their happiness and needs. A typical day starts with morning potty breaks, breakfast, and energetic play sessions in our secure yards. Midday brings walks on trails, enrichment activities (like puzzle toys or training games), and plenty of cuddles. Afternoons are for supervised group play (always small and compatible groups), rest time, dinner, and evening wind-down with more outdoor time or cozy indoor relaxation. To ensure personalized care and a safe, stress-free environment, we keep our groups small. Let’s chat about how we can provide the best care for your pup!

About: I’ve had and taken care of many different breeds and sizes over my life time of dogs as well as special needs and cats too! I typically wake up around 7-8. Go to the gym sometime within the day but other than that I’m free to watch your babies and take good care of them. I have a really friendly dog who is no more than 20 pounds and a fenced in yard if I watch them at my house. If at someone else house I have plenty of experience with that too and can do all that will be asked.
“Lillian and Gwen are phenomenal with our 3 boxers... it was such a relief that they brought them in and treated them as if they were their own. Plenty of pictures and updates whenever we asked. Our 3 can be pretty rowdy sometimes, being young almost 2yos, lol. The yard was well fenced and they had lots of room for them to run and play. We are so grateful to have you both taking care of them, thank you again.”
“Jeana did well with my pups. She sent pictures thru the week. First time leaving my fur babies, I was a little anxious about leaving them but they seem happy when we pick them up.”

“Shya is the BEST! She took care of our 6 year old cattle dog mix that has pretty severe anxiety. She kept us up to date with pictures and was very patient with our dog.;,. Z C”

“Lacole was great with my dog! She kept me updated several times on how he was doing and even sent a few pictures! I didn't have any worries that he was not being cared for or loved! Thank you so much, Lacole!”

“Kathryn was so great with our dog boarding at her house! Our dog is a bit anxious but he really settled in with her and her pups, which tells us a ton about her care for him and the environment she creates. She sent pictures and helpful summaries daily, sometimes multiple times a day. Would book again!”

“We don’t have to board Maya often but when we do, we are thankful we can trust Amanda to take good care of her. She is just what our anxious girl needs to feel comfortable, which makes us feel comfortable in return.”

“Shannia took such wonderful care of our dog, Atlas, and we couldn't be more grateful! From the moment we met her, we knew Atlas was in caring and capable hands. She treated him like he was her own, and it gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Shannia kept us updated throughout his stay, and it was clear that Atlas was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. When we picked him up, he was relaxed, healthy, and obviously had a great time. It's not easy to find someone you completely trust with your pet, but Shannia exceeded all of our expectations. We highly recommend Shannia to anyone looking for a dependable, compassionate, and attentive dog sitter. Atlas can't wait for his next stay!”

“Zenaida was wonderful with our baby! We had a last minute trip and she was able to accommodate our request. She sent pictures and videos and Fargo was so happy to play with other dogs. He was well taken care of and I will definitely use her services again when needed!”

“Have an elderly pup, they took amazing care of. He came back with no stress from staying some where elnse. House does have a sense of calmness to it; to where you know your pup will be safe. My top 2 (prob 1st place) sitter I used off this app so far. Definitely will be back.”

“Cherie is fantastic! I kept having to extend my time needed for a pet sitter as I’m moving and she had no problem still seeing my kitties. Cherie spent time with my cats and went above and beyond to refill their water towers and clean their litter boxes. She ensured my home was safe and secure and I can tell my kitties loved her. Thank you so much Cherie!”
“Alyssa was great with kopa and accommodating all of his needs. He is usually anxious so I was a bit worried but she was patient and loving and he opened up quickly! She kept me updated and sent pictures, would definitely use her again!”

About: I have been a pet owner my entire life. My love for dogs knows no bounds. I enjoy taking mine on walks cuddling. And lots of belly rubs. I will treat yours as my own. I am at home all day during the week and will be able to watch your baby around the clock. I am also available during the weekends. I have a fenced yard that my dogs love to play in and I know yours will too. I can crate if one is provided and follow any dietary concerns.
“I really can’t say enough great things about Georgia and her pack Ivan, Gus, and Misha. I am rebooking now if that tells you anything. She has a calm, caring, confidences that my dog responds really well to and her property is set up for fun structured play. She updates frequently with pictures and Champ comes home happy and tired after a stay with her. I highly recommend her!”

“10/10 Recommend. I was able to go out of town for a few days and then later in the month, for an entire week. I got regular updates and they both returned happy and healthy. Our dogs can be a lot to deal with due to age, anxiety, and size; Sydney & her husband were so accommodating and understanding. We love this family for our doggos. Will schedule with them again in the future. 🖤”

“Joanna and family did a great job with Jack and his finicky boarding tendencies! Communication was great and we really had the impression that he was very well taken care of. We would love to use her again!”

“Simply amazing. Emmelyn was very patient and communicative sharing daily pictures and videos. She made our young golden doodle feel right at home, so much that he hesitated to leave!! If she’s available book her! 10 Stars!!!”

“Elizabeth was AMAZING! I could tell my baby was loved and well taken care of! She kept us updated with lots of pictures and was very attentive to all of Princes needs. We would definitely use her again in the future and recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable sitter for their fur baby.”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Lindale
We are so grateful for Hayley and her care of our Tilly. Even when we needed someone last minute, Hayley generously helped us out. It gives me great peace of mind that Tilly is with a family being given personalized care while we are away instead of a lonely kennel.

We couldn’t have picked a better person to keep Lulu when we went on vacation for a week! The picture updates, the videos, the daily feedback on how she was doing. I would absolutely recommend Jen to anyone! We are so thankful for her and her family! You will not find a better sitter for your dog!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in GA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
