About: I have taken care of animals of every kind since I was a young child. I routinely keep my family and friend’s animals while they are busy or just for fun! I am currently a work from home parent with plenty of time to give your baby the one-on-one time they need! Extra lovings and playtime is taken serious 😊 In your home I will diligently work with your animals the way that you need me too! I cannot wait to meet you and your baby.

About: I’ve taken care of my friends and family pets as well as others who need pet sitting and house sitting needs. Cats, dogs, fish, I have tons of experience watching any type of pet. Since I am on my summer break I will be able to watch your pets and/or house with a lot more flexibility than others. I’m also in college so my schedule is more relaxed and I can also watch your pets and/or house depending on the time year round. For my cat I do most everything he doesn’t need me too. He has an automatic feeder and water so I only have to take care of his litter box if he uses it. As for other pets, I will do whatever the parents of the pets want me to do to keep their pets safe!

We are a mature, dedicated couple turning our lifelong passion for animals into a full- time retirement journey. My (Jennifer) background includes years of working with a wildlife rescue and operating professional mobile petting zoos. Kelly has helped me with petting zoos since late 2023. We are both comfortable with different personalities, sizes, and species of animals. We currently volunteer at our local animal shelter, walking and socializing dogs of all temperaments. We are also studying and learning basic obedience training and practicing with the dogs at shelter as well. And Kelly has recently finished dog grooming school and is working as a groomer. With both of us focused on your pet, someone is almost always available for potty breaks, playtime, and companionship! We follow your house rules and medical instructions to the letter. We treat your pets like our own "grand-animals" - with extra spoiling and total safety. 🥰 We are flexible, but I do expect our business to grow and for our schedule to start filling up. We will always do what we are able with any available time that we have. Unfortunately, we are unable to bring cats or dogs to our house. In your home, we would request a detailed outline of what you would need done and how you'd like us to do it. We respect people and their property, so we would only go into the common areas of your home, and any areas you've requested service in.

About: I’ve taken care of every type of dog and cat, and even horses and small pets like fish, guinea pigs, hamsters, and bunnies, since I was a kid, from neighbors, to family and friends, and even friends of friends that have reached out to me personally because of my compassion and capacity to understand animals and love them like my own. I’ve just graduated from college with a Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, and I’ll be working on my Masters in the same field, virtually in the fall. Though my cat has anxiety and I am unable to leave him alone at night, I am available to care for your babies any time during the day, as I will have a flexible schedule of online classes. When arriving at your home, I would carefully come in the door if you have escape artists, and I would allow them to adjust on their own terms to my company. I would cater to whatever needs they had, whether that meant spending time outside, going on walks, eating meals, taking medication, playing, or simply sitting in their presence.

About: I’ve had animals my entire life and caring for pets is something I truly love. I have over 10 years of experience looking after dogs and cats of all ages and personalities. I’ve dog-sat many times for friends and families, including caring for multiple pets in one home for weeks at a time (3 dogs and 4 cats). I’m comfortable managing feeding schedules, medications, walks, playtime, and keeping pets on their normal routines so they feel safe and happy while you’re away. I also have experience with senior and special-needs pets. I once cared for an elderly German Shepherd whose back legs no longer worked. I helped with mobility, hygiene, feeding, and cleanup, and made sure she stayed comfortable and loved. This experience taught me patience, compassion, and how important gentle care is for older pets. I treat every pet like my own and always aim to give pet parents peace of mind through reliable, attentive care. I work part-time at a restaurant, so my schedule is very flexible. On days I am not working, I am available to stay with pets all day and provide overnight care. On the days that I do work, my shifts are typically about 5 hours long, which still allows me time to care for pets before and after work. If I am scheduled for a double shift, I have a 1-hour break in between, which I can use to check in on pets, walk them, and make sure they are comfortable and cared for. I always prioritize making sure pets are not left alone for long periods and maintain a consistent care routine. When caring for pets, my top priority is creating a safe, calm, and loving environment where they feel comfortable and secure. In a client’s home, I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding, medications, routines, and house rules to ensure consistency for the pet. I always make sure doors and gates are secure, keep a close eye on pets during walks or playtime, and maintain a clean environment including food areas and litter boxes. I take time to build trust with each pet at their own pace, especially those who may be shy or anxious. My goal is to treat every pet as if they were my own and provide dependable, attentive care so owners can feel completely at ease while they’re away.

About: I grew up around dogs. I got my first dog when I was born, and we grew up together. Dog sitting over the years has been a wonderful and enriching experience for me. Spending time with different breeds, each with their own unique personalities, has taught me a lot about canine behavior and care. i’m currently an active student athlete in college. About: Hello, My name is Sam, and I’m on Rover because I love animals. I'm a creative writing professor at Berry College, which means that I have a flexible teaching schedule that allows me to be available during more traditional business hours--making me the perfect choice to walk your pups while you're at work, stop in to feed the cat lunch, or check in on small animals throughout the day. My previous work experience includes being a volunteer at the Animal Friends Humane Society in Ohio and being an employee at multiple pet boarding facilities where I was responsible for the daily feeding, walking, and socializing of the dogs in our care. I'm a pet owner myself--I currently have or have had large and small dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, hamsters and gerbils, turtles, crabs, fish, and more, which means that I am fully qualified to take care of ALL of your animals while you're away, including daily visits for extended periods of time while you're on vacation. I take care of plants too! I have experience with reactive and aggressive dogs, puppies and elderly animals, walking and socializing dogs off-and-on leash, teaching dogs commands, giving dogs medication and baths, and with potty-training. It’s summer for us professors, so I have a very flexible schedule and can drop by at any time of day, even and especially on weekdays! I walk/exercise daily in the afternoons and it's my hope that I can meet some pups willing to do that with me every day! I will of course follow all owner instruction re: what leash or harness/collar to use, what the house rules are for playing, etc. I never unleash or introduce to other animals on a walk. For cat-sitting, it's worth noting I'm pretty experienced with sassy cat attitudes, ha. I'm not alarmed or put off if a cat is defensive; I know when to give them space and when to ignore them. I am patient and quiet, so I will take the time necessary to earn a worried kitty's trust. Additionally, I’m happy to stay a little longer to hold and love on the especially cuddly types.
