She stayed as close to his regular schedule as possible, which we really appreciated because routine is important for Guapo. She was incredibly patient with him, especially since he’s very suspicious of new people and tends to bark until he realizes they’re friendly. Valerie even took the time to come meet him before her scheduled visits so he could get a little more comfortable with her. When we got home, Guapo was just as happy and content as when we left, which gave us so much peace of mind. Even with my landlord being a bit particular about parking, Valerie maintained excellent communication throughout the entire stay and handled everything professionally. About: I’m very flexible and willing to take care of your fur babies regardless of the breed. Have had pets of my own, from a bunny who is very high maintenance to a dog and cat. Really reliable and will be there on time. I’m currently working part-time and I feel like taking care of just animals in general helps me relax. Allowing to give pet owners a little time for themselves to do whatever is what I’m here for! I do daily cleanings of my own pets and make sure their health is good. I love to groom my pets and feed them on time three times a day.

I work a flexible schedule as I partially work from home running my own business and pick up at the hospital from time to time I live in a townhome with a senior chihuahua and a small fenced in patio. My neighborhood is dog friendly and is nice for walks. Dogs would be with hanging out with me at home or hanging out at a fun park somewhere. When I have to briefly leave, I do prefer either crating or leaving them in my room with water and pads.

I had an excellent experience and would absolutely book again. My pets are naturally cautious around new people, so I was incredibly impressed by the patience, care, and understanding she showed them. One of my cats is usually the more social of the two, but even he typically takes several visits before he’s comfortable interacting with someone new. To my surprise, he was already coming out and interacting with her by the second day, which is much faster than normal for him. My other cat is much more cautious and prefers to stay hidden. Even so, she took the time to learn his habits and was able to locate him on the first day, which reassured me that he was doing well and adjusting safely while I was away. I appreciated that she respected his boundaries and allowed him the space to be himself rather than trying to force interaction. She was very communicative throughout my trip and provided thoughtful updates that gave me a lot of peace of mind. It was clear that she took the time to understand each pet’s unique personality and needs rather than treating the visits as simple check-ins. She also took wonderful care of my fish, Marley. It was great to see him comfortable enough to come out and interact with her as well. That attention to detail showed me that she genuinely cared about all of my pets. Most importantly, I felt completely comfortable knowing my pets were in her care while I was away. She treated them with kindness, patience, and respect, and I could tell they felt safe with her. I highly recommend her and will absolutely be booking with her again in the future.
Amazing!!! Jackie took amazing care of my deaf boxer and gave him some much needed training! I also left my little anxious puppy home for the first time and she made sure she was safe and happy the whole time! We had a lot of things going on at our house while she was there, construction workers coming in and out, our heat was broken, etc. I was very nervous but Jackie handled it with ease and was great about communicating everything! Will 100% be booking with her whenever I am out of town. Thank you so much!!
Kevin did an amazing job with my 3 dogs! He came over to meet them before hand to get to know them and their needs for his drop ins. He followed all of the directions that I left to a T and even went above and beyond. The daily check ins, report cards, seeet pictures, and the summaries of each visit made me feel like I was right at home with my fur babies! By the end of the week, he even won over my shy and stubborn girl as she gave him kisses before he left! If you need care for your dogs, they are in the BEST hands with Kevin! I will be rebooking with him again soon!
