About: Set aside for growing up with dogs since a child, I’ve owned animals my whole life and dog sat well over 30 fur babies. I’d like to think of myself as the female dog whisperer. Animals specifically dogs have always been a passion of mine! I look forward to taking care of your baby! I work from home currently so my days consist of being a stay at home dog mom, part time worker, and mother. I have a fur baby of my own, Lotto and while I work, his days are filled with squirrel chasing and naps by the window. I go to church every Sunday between 12:30 and 2 pm so there will be some time they’ll be by themselves between those times. I’m available for boarding, drop-in visits, doggy day care, and walks during both weekdays and weekends. Because I’m home most of the time, your pet won’t be left alone for long periods. I’m also happy to coordinate walks or visits based on your pet’s routine. I’d like to bring my dog along for walks for socialization and exercise, as long as your pet is comfortable with that. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I live in an apartment but have a clean, pet-friendly environment and a balcony potty station available for quick breaks. I also make sure dogs get regular walks and exercise daily. I have a crate-trained dog, and for safety and structure, I do require that dogs staying with me are comfortable being crated at night. However, I always follow owner preferences when it comes to routines, feeding, and care. Since I do have a dog in my home and occasionally care for multiple dogs at a time, it’s important that your pet is friendly and comfortable around other dogs. I carefully monitor all interactions to ensure a safe and positive environment for everyone. For the health and safety of all pets in my care, I do require that dogs are up to date on vaccinations (including Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella) and are on flea/tick prevention. Even though I devoted my education to assisting with the health and care of people, my first love has always truly been with animals. I simply can't imagine life without them! I work a flexible schedule as I partially work from home running my own business and pick up at the hospital from time to time I live in a townhome with a senior chihuahua and a small fenced in patio. My neighborhood is dog friendly and is nice for walks. Dogs would be with hanging out with me at home or hanging out at a fun park somewhere. When I have to briefly leave, I do prefer either crating or leaving them in my room with water and pads.
