Even though I devoted my education to assisting with the health and care of people, my first love has always truly been with animals. I simply can't imagine life without them! I'm very passionate about dogs, I have been since I was a little kid My first experience was taking care of both a Golden Retriever "Shelby" was her name and an Australian Catahoula Leopard Dog"Zen" . The owner gave me specific instructions on how to take care of them both. The Golden Retriever had dry skin so she needed to be moisturized in the morning and at night, the Australian Catahoula Leopard Dog had allergies and I needed to know what prescriptions to give him . We went for walks everyday , played tug-of-war that was their favorite , gave them love & affection,as well as bubble baths. You can reach me on Thursday , Monday, and Saturday I am currently working part-time at an animal hospital I work 29 hours , I open the hospital and periodically close . My shifts are from 9am-5pm but that will not interfere with pet sitting I care for my animals I have a 1year old puppy already crate trained, and loves all animals when it comes to the client and there animal if there animal needs to be put in a crate with specific instructions I will do so.

About: We have experience with our own pets. We had my dog for 14 years before he passed. We have fostered through lifeline on many occasions. We enjoy furbabies but prefer the role of auntie 😉. We would love the opportunity to love on, play, and take of yours while you are away or if you just need some extra help. My children are 9, and 15. They are both very loving and kind to animals. We do accept multiple bookings at a time if they are within the same household. Also, you must provide a crate at this time. Crates are a safe place where they can go and feel comfortable. It can be a very draining experience for them being in a new place. This helps to put them at ease and protect our home when we leave at times. Please be on time. We have lives as well. We have had experiences when people show up 2 or 3 hours after drop off time or dont show up at all. If you say 8am we expect you to be here by 8am. We also understand that some things are just out of our control. Please be considerate and courteous. About: Back in 2022, my sister got a half Cavalier, half Golden pup named Oakley, and he honestly made me realize how much I love being around animals. Helping raise him from a puppy taught me a ton—like how to be patient, stay consistent, and really tune into what a dog needs emotionally. I can practically take a break anytime in the day to take care of any emergencies or issues that could arise. After work, which ends at 5pm, I am very flexible for any type of care, including check-in and drop-ins. When I’m caring for pets, whether it’s in my home or someone else’s, I always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I keep their space clean and free from anything that could be harmful, and I try to stick closely to their normal routine so they feel at ease. I pay attention to the little things. “Rachel has taken care of Maggie our lab mix 3 times now, and she is fantastic. I never worry about Maggie when she’s with Rachel. I get frequent updates and pictures and Maggie always looks happily exhausted. I am so grateful to have someone that I trust to watch my girl when I’m away. Rachel is also flexible about drop off and pick up times which makes my life easier. If I could give Rachel more stars I would. She’s the best!”
