Kennel Tech Experience for your Pet
I’ve been a kennel tech in animal rescue for around 8 years now, however I’ve been volunteering since I was in high school. I’ve also almost always had a dog or cat in my life and started helping to care for them when I was a teen. I love taking care of them and have accumulated so many pictures, my last phone ran out of space. I have experience with giving medication in pill or liquid form, bathing animals, and caring for animals with disorders.

I feel that, like people, animals tend to feel more comfortable in their own environments and (if they have them) on their usual schedules. Even if dogs are out on walks, it’s in a place that they’re familiar and happy with. The only way I’d be changing this is by giving them a new friend to do it with. While I am good with dogs, cats are my speciality. At the rescue, I work with feral cats and give my opinion on who can be put into the foster, barn cat, or TNR program. I understand body language, who needs to be left alone to get used to me and who is willing for me to linger a little longer.

I just wanted to saw we are new to the area and we were looking for a reliable, safe person to care for our pets. We were able to connect with Morgan and she took care of all 4 of our babies and made sure to give us constant updates. Our torte who isn’t the most friendly of cats, ended up laying on Morgan’s lap and spending a lot of time with her :) We had an emergency at the end of our vacation and Morgan was willing to stay extra to look after our pets to help us out. We will be using her from here on out whenever we need help with our babies. She has a real talent for this kind of work!!!
We’ve used Morgan a few times now and she loves our Jojo. She’s amazing, prompt and has a great sense of flexibility. Absolutely recommend!

Morgan was awesome. She was very communicative with me about Coco which put me at ease. She was timely, kind, and took great care of Coco. This was my first booking with her, but already have her booked again!
Morgan took great care of our 3 dogs and 1 cat over the course of our 8 day vacation. She did an amazing job keeping us posted which included sweet videos and pictures of our pets clearly very happy and content.

I have a part time job that lets me arrange my schedule. If you’re not comfortable with me going in on those days (they’re usually 8 hours) you need to tell me so I can give notice and double up the week before.
