Athena loved her right away during the meet and greet. She also helped me out with a last minute booking and I couldn’t have been more grateful. On time, so sweet and truly cares about your baby as if they were her own! Thank you so much Anna! Will absolutely be booking through her again!”

“Jimmy was an amazing dog nanny for my pup. I had just moved to Lexington and had a non dog friendly vacation planned. Leaving your pup behind is tough but Jimmy made it so easy. I could tell during our meet and greet that he loves animals and my dog loved him. He sent daily photos and some videos so that I knew my pup was in good hands. Even better when I came home she was exhausted from all the adventures they had. He was courteous to my home and did not leave a mess and no complaints about noise from the neighbors. I would highly recommend Jimmy as a dog nanny!”

“Dina is the best!!! How do I know? Well when we arrived back from our travels and woke the next morning I went looking for my dog...and she was sleeping in the guest bed, on "Dina's bed"..she really loves Dina. Thank you for sharing all the pictures and taking such great care of our baby!!”

“Derek was timely and professional and asked many questions in order to be better prepared for my dogs’ individual needs. He was very flexible when my plans suddenly changed and bonded very well with my pups. I would have him come back anytime!”

About: Animals have been a huge part of my life — I’ve volunteered with 4 Paws for Ability, rescued and fostered countless pets, and spent time helping at the humane society. One of my favorite memories was saving a tiny flea‑covered kitten on a Fourth of July night shift; he’s now a happy, chubby cat named Thomas IV. At home, I have a 6‑year‑old golden retriever and a 3‑year‑old cat (and if I could, I’d add a raccoon and an opossum — that’s how much I love animals). Whether it’s a dog needing walks or a cat wanting quiet company, I provide reliable, compassionate care tailored to every pet. I’m a nursing student working part‑time in a busy emergency department, balancing school, work, and planning my wedding as a newly engaged bride — but no matter how full life gets, I always make time for animals. Whether it’s long walks, quiet snuggles, or helping pets in need, spending time with animals (mine or yours!) is one of my favorite things. I’m the go‑to gal for my coworkers when they need someone they can trust for potty breaks, walks, or check‑ins on their days off. I’ve also provided in‑home boarding for friends’ pets and others, giving them a safe and comfortable place while their families are away. My schedule is flexible as long as I’m given notice, and I have a reliable car to get me to and from your home without issue.

“Miranda has housesat for us multiple times now and watched our sweet dogs and cat. She is phenomenal!! We came back to a house cleaner than we left it, and she clearly took excellent care of our animals. She sent updates throughout the weekend and photos so that we could see how they were doing. She is very reliable, responsible, and we will definitely book her again!”

About: Hello! It has been a joy taking care of others' pets from the age of 14. Friends, family, and their pets love and trust me. I have an old dog and 2 cats but am free after feeding/walking/checking on them twice daily. Also I am currently in job market/attending interviews. I am an excellent dog-walker and provider of enrichment, as well as an expert litter box cleaner. All your pets would be safe and happy.

“Kristen did an excellent job for us with our precious pets (3) and our house. They got more attention and exercise than we can usually give them. I think we need her to train us to be better pet parents.”

Lexington pet parents share their Rover experiences
Booking with Kat was a great experience from start to end. Communication was super prompt, clear, and friendly. She asked thoughtful questions at the initial meet & greet, indicating that she has plenty of experience caring for lots of dogs with different needs and personality types. While I was away, she sent regular, detailed updates. I was able to feel comfortable and confident that Posey was very well cared-for during my trip. Kat will absolutely be my go-to sitter for overnight trips in the future!

Erin was great! She cared for our dog who is currently injured with knee surgery upcoming and also stayed in our home and watered the garden as well! She gave daily pics and updates and was absolutely wonderful in every way! We would highly recommend her and would definitely use her again. Very sweet young lady!

Megan was absolutely AMAZING with my two Goldendoodles. My girl dog can be very skittish and Megan was very patient with her and even often went on two walks one right after the other b/c Bailey wouldn't come out from under the bed on the first walk lol. We really appreciate her and will definitely use her again.

You can't get better than Megan!!! She went above and beyond!!! So great to be able to leave our pets in such great care and not have any worries! She is great at communication, reliable, attentive, and thoughtful! I can't say enough great things - you are in luck if you to have her help!
Jessica was wonderful with our dogs. She managed our energetic, nearly two-year-old Sheepadoodle with ease and care. More impressively, she looked after our critically ill Havanese, administering his medication every six hours for ten days with great responsibility. While we were traveling abroad, her support gave us true peace of mind. We’ll definitely have her care for our boys again soon.

Madison took excellent care of my 2 babies, Sam and Bella, for a week. She did scheduled visits for feeding, potty breaks, play time and walks. But also made quick decision for an unplanned emergency vet trip, extra drop off/pickup at the overnight MedVet for 1 pup, and an overnight stay at my house with the other pup for extra caution observation. She made sure their health was priority while I was on a cruise with limited contact. ♥️

Shawn took care of our elderly dog with special needs, including dementia, as well as a small flock of chickens. He communicated regularly with texts and photos, so I was reassured our dog, who I was very worried about, was ok. He managed her medications, made sure she got exercise, and kept her safe. When our flight home was delayed by weather, he covered an extra night, which was a huge help. We've booked Shawn in the past and will definitely reach out again.
