About: I have had pets all my life. When I moved out I adopted a dog with reactivity and separation anxiety. I know first hand how scary it can be to leave your pet with someone not knowing if they can provide special care for your baby. Thankfully I am able to provide excellent care for all your pets needs (yes this can even include medication administration!). Other experience I have is volunteer work at the Lexington Humane Society, Fostering kittens with Lexington Humane Society, and having my own pets! I currently am in the process of becoming a dog trainer and I also am attending college for social work but my classes are online so I have a lot of free time! I offer things that other people can’t. I am experienced with special circumstances like diabetes care or reactivity. I have a calm but loving approach to my care that makes your pets feel safe and comfortable! “Brooke was fantastic! She stayed with our 2 dogs and 2 cats for 5 days/5 nights. Her communication was impeccable. She provided multiple updates and pictures daily. We have a very rambunctious German Shorthaired Pointer, and Brooke was so very patient with him. She is also a cat whisper as she convinced our extremely shy kitty to come out of his normal hiding place. She went above and beyond to brush our dogs’ teeth, walk our crazy pups, and even put our recycling cans out for pickup. Brooke gave our fur kids lots of attention and left the house tidy. About: I've been caring for pets for over 8 years through family, friends, and by helping manage my sister's Rover clients.
