I am currently in graduate school, which gives me a flexible schedule that works well for pet care. I am only in class for a few hours each day, so I have plenty of time throughout the day for walks, check-ins, feeding, and companionship. In addition to my weekday availability, I am completely free on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. This allows me to take on weekend house sitting, extended stays, and more flexible scheduling needs without conflict. Overall, my routine makes it easy for me to provide consistent, reliable care and attention to pets during both weekdays and weekends.

For dogs, the day usually starts with a morning walk, followed by feeding and some quality time for attention and play. Depending on the dog’s energy level, I like to include activities like longer walks, neighborhood strolls, or play sessions with toys or fetch to help them stay mentally and physically stimulated. Throughout the day, I make sure they have potty breaks, fresh water, and companionship so they don’t feel lonely. For cats, I focus on feeding schedules, litter box cleaning, and enrichment through play. I enjoy using toys like wand teasers or laser pointers to keep them active and engaged, while also respecting their personality—whether they’re playful and social or prefer calm companionship and space. For house sitting, I maintain consistency in all routines, keep the home tidy, and make sure pets feel safe and relaxed in their own environment. I also provide regular updates so owners know how their pets are doing. Overall, I aim to make each day feel familiar, stress-free, and enjoyable for every pet in my care.
