“Andy did a great job helping Nate feel at home. Nate got snacks he likes and outside breaks that were on his schedule. Andy sent a lot of updates with pictures. Besides the cute pictures, Andy sent me a picture that showed Nate feeling relaxed. Frankly, I was glad Nate still wanted to come home! Andy understands dogs, has an appreciation for the variety of normal dog behavior, and really does love dogs. His daughter also really loves dogs. Although I found Andy through Rover, a mutual friend confirmed that he’s a dog lover and would trust him with her dogs. Knowing that we had mutual friends was literally an answer to prayer. I would definitely trust this family with Nate again.”

We were flexible about where she stayed with our dog- her house or ours- because we were gone for 16 days. She did everything she could to make sure we were comfortable with her. She sent pictures, responded quickly to texts, and Levi’s know how everything was going. Additionally, Addie is a genuinely nice person who is driven in her work as a dancer. Kelsey was awesome with my Great Dane zeke. He usually has a rough time at boarders when he’s in a crate and won’t eat,drink etc. Kelsey went above and beyond to make sure my big guy was taken care of and comfortable. He went on walks,car rides and even had a heated mattress cover on him.he is worn out.i would use her again and advise anyone to use her. She will go above and beyond to make sure your pets are comfortable.
I can’t say enough good things about Maria. She was incredibly attentive and communicative throughout the Fiona’s entire stay, sending daily updates, often twice a day along with plenty of photos and videos that truly put my mind at ease. It was clear from the start how much she genuinely cares, and that level of thoughtfulness made all the difference. When I unexpectedly missed my flight, she went above and beyond to accommodate me. She was able to keep her one more night and even extended her pickup time without hesitation, which was such a relief during a stressful situation. Her flexibility, kindness, and reliability were outstanding. I would absolutely trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who truly treats your pet like their own.
Allison and Dio were absolutely amazing!!! They took care of my sweet little Casper for over a week and a half during the Thanksgiving holidays while we were out of town. Casper enjoyed his day with Allison and her family! He had so many cuddles and treats, it was hard for him to come back to us. Thank you for taking good care of our little monster over the holidays.
This was our first time boarding our puppy, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our pup came home happy and exhausted from running around the backyard & playing with Bry's dog. Bry was flexible with us and quickly responded to all communications. I highly recommend Bry and would definitely book with them again!
Ava did a phenomenal job caring for my two pups, Trooper & Shaiya. We scheduled a meet and greet the evening before boarding and Ava kindly came to my residence to meet the dogs and ensure everything would work well with her dog as well. My dogs are young (8 and 6 months), and have a lot of play energy. Ava did a great job caring for them and provided me with pictures/videos along the way. Given her success with this challenge, I'm highly confident she will take excellent care of your dog as well! 10/10 recommend!
So grateful to have Crystal as our sitter here in Lexington. Beta always has a wonderful time with her and I always get updates during her stay. Recently I had a flight that got canceled and was able to communicate with Crystal for a later pick up. She is very accommodating and will love on your fur baby as if it’s her own.
